Employees are often stellar and helpful. However, there can be long wait times at checkout, and the bathrooms are sometimes very dirty. It is a store that gives a discount for senior citizens, where shoppers find name brand items at lower prices.
Store is not much organized all the time we go there. No warm welcomes , or genuine care about customers. But for the store name as Ross and offers its a good place. So management may not be as good but store is good

One of my favorite store. Me and my kids love it there. School shopping is a plus there for a good price.

The prices are great, but the store itself was in disarray. This made it difficult to shop.
