The staff was super attentive and helped me find the best shoe for my needs and the way I walk. I spent 3 weeks walking 5+ miles daily in the shoes I purchased without blisters or pain. Can't thank them enough for allowing me to experience Japan for 3 weeks with no foot pain!”

“I walked in yesterday for the first time in my life. I was just having a daughters day with two of my daughters, and my one daughter loves Buckle. I am a curvy girl aswell as my other daughter, so I assumed this wasn't a store for us. I was so so wrong! We felt was seen, heard and shown such love! Had a blast! “This is my go-to shop to grab the wife gifts. They staff are super nice. They are not pushy. They are definitely not snooty. Their selection varies by season and they have limited selections; it is what it is. Expect to pay, but in return you are getting high quality. The brands they carry make quality clothes and jewelry. Have to plug the staff again. Super nice and welcoming to both women and guys. Keep up the great work!”
“This store is a hidden gem. It is not in the mall- but I actually like that because it is not overwhelming. The staff has always been consistently kind and friendly. The clothes are beautiful and great quality. I also love that they have a large clearance section when they are switching out the seasonal items. The clearance prices are pretty great. I am a teacher and they give you a discount if you show your I.D. One time, I forgot my school I.D. and the worker was so kind and let me show her my school email account and was totally ok with that. She actually didn't even ask to see it- I just wanted her to know -. I appreciate the KIND service. Customer service is what sets this beautiful store apart. Loyal customer and glad to shop here. <3”

“My first time at this location (store 3528) was great! I was greeted upon entering but was left to look around on my own, which I greatly appreciated. Once I had picked a piece or two Luna asked if she could start a fitting room for me. After I tried on my picks and wasn’t loving them she helped me find better options and I left with a full outfit, looking better than if I had chosen for myself.”
“This place has a good selection of skirts, tops and sweaters. I purchased a tweed pencil skirt from here for next to nothing. The sales associate gave me all kinds of good ideas as to how I should wear the skirt. Everyone here is friendly and professional without being pushy. This store has a lot of good sales and clearance items and who doesn't like that.”

“Don’t usually leave reviews but noticed most of the reviews are about work boots plus this place doesn’t get enough credit. I took couple pairs of heels and vintage Prada boots here and was extremely pleased with price, work, and time it took to repair them. Considering this is one of the only cobblers in the Fredericksburg area I completely understand the wait time and it was well worth it. If you have vintage heels you need repaired I definitely recommend. Great customer service and love that they email and text when ready for pick up.”

“I recently visited the store for the first time, and let me tell you, I was absolutely dazzled by the incredible variety of shoes on display! There were so many options to choose from that it felt like a shoe lover's paradise. I had the pleasure of being assisted by an amazing employee named Dylan. He was not only sweet and attentive but also went out of his way to ensure I was well taken care of throughout my visit.
The store itself earned a solid 4 to 5 stars in my book, even though I noticed a few shoe boxes were a bit unorganized. I highly recommend checking out this store, it's a delightful experience for anyone in search of a fantastic pair of shoes!”

“I went in today to go shoe shopping with my daughter who has autism, she really wanted shoes that had laces but I had told her if she can’t tie them in the store she cannot get shoes with laces. The girls that was helping us took her time to help my daughter learn to tie her shoes. I did not catch her name but she definitely went out of her way for my daughter today.
