“My husband was in need of help to buy a suit, he asked for help and an employee named Nancy spent a couple hours helping him, he bought 3 suits, 4 dress shirts and ties. This employee also walked him upfront and personally checked him out. The entire experience was above and beyond because of the employee. Of course Kohl's cash was nice my husband returned and bought other items. Thanks”

“I like this store alot! I wish they had one in sterling. It offers you everything you need from your closet, home goods , outdoors, electronics the list goes on. Its like a perfect combination of Ross, Burlington, Marshall's and a fashion outlet all in one. I specifically went for scrubs ( and they have ALOT) high recommend if in the area or looking for your work attire.”
“I really enjoy shopping at target especially since I have one of their circle Master cards and I get a 5% discount on everything that’s my favorite. However, lately every time we go, they’re always out of boneless skinless chicken breast breasts, and the pork butts are out too, and that’s two things that we always use on our meals. I don’t know how the store can be completely out every time we go, which is usually once a week do you not order it or are you just out of it continually?
I do enjoy shopping there cause it’s not so crowded as other competitors. And I’m always able to find a handicap scooter available for myself as well. Those are the pluses of the shopping at target for me.”
“This is a new store. It opened about 3 months ago. They are still putting up merchandise but they currently have Halloween items and some Christmas items. They also have groceries, kitchenware, rugs, furniture, appliances, toys and much more. The quality of the merchandise varies depending on what your purchasing. They do carry brand name items as well as discounted items.
The cashier's are helpful and courteous. The store is orderly and clean.”

“Kirkland's has a great sidewalk store front appeal they often have sale items and new items outside the front door.
They do have decent sales and a good clearance section. Many different price points and the staff are really great.
I like getting gifts there and it's great to check back as seasons change and products change up.”

“Raina was nothing short of a Christmas Eve miracle. Spencer's was busier than I have ever seen it but the line moved fast. When it was my turn to check out Raina has the best energy and pleasant smile I had seen all holiday season. I only had one item to check out but the second one I needed was way up on the top shelf. It was a want, not a need and I told her not to even worry about it if it was too much work. She chuckled grabbed the tool she needed and began to climb. She got it down just as I saw something else even higher, I had to have.
She tried to reach it but couldn't. Her co-worker came over and offered to help. The man scaled the wall so fast, she reached out for it and together they got me exactly what I was looking for. Pleasant the entire time.
What an awesome team.
I will definitely check Spencer's first for things I'm looking for because even on the craziest busy day of the year Raina and the people at Spencer's are absolute rockstars.”

“I like Walmart Pharmacy. Customer service is prompt and staff is friendly and professional. I usually just drop off my prescriptions in store and wait about 30 minutes for them to be filled. My doctor recently sent a prescription over to another pharmacy but they don’t take my insurance anymore. I was able to get the prescription transferred to this pharmacy. No issues with that.”
“This store is very clean, they're currently renovating but you barely even notice. They have a great selection of things and I've never had a problem finding things in stock and this location, the employees are quite helpful as well.”

“Some people will avoid visiting a Walmart in any area because they have seen the awful videos many people post about Walmarts. This supercenter is just the opposite it is large, clean, and fully stocked the bakery has a good variety and the other items in the store are a good bargain. The produce is normally fresh and reasonably priced. The one drawback is Virginia is now asking $0.10 a bag. Remember to bring your bags it's not worth the savings if you're paying for a bag and begging your own groceries add self checkout.”
“Extremely clean, organize, well-structured store, easy to find items, clearance prices are decent, bathrooms are even clean, you can easily navigate throughout the store without it being hectic or overly crowded aisles are easy to push your cart through no filth lying around the floor very clean location. Keep in mind we are going through these holiday times with an excessive amount of shopper's, if you are looking for a speedy checkout exercise patience in calm.
