They make sure each set up is proper before youre able to adopt a pet. They want to ensure the quality of life after leaving the store, especially the manager. Shes helped me create a full ecosystem thats cohesive with each personality of fish.
I've adopted fish, and now a snake from this location, and the staff is beyond knowledgeable and helpful. I personally believe the comments below are people who are truly ignorant with the needs of each pet.
The only comment i can agree with is, they seem to be understaffed so there are longer wait times. Years ago people got upset pet stores would give pets to anyone, and now they are upset that they care so much. You cant please everyone, however I truly enjoy the staff here and their dedication.

We wanted to accelerate their obedience training and also nip some negative behavior in the bud, such as jumping on people, chasing the cats, pulling on the leash, chewing on the furniture, and others. Andrew managed a miracle. Max and Mia came back completely changed! It is an absolute pleasure to be around them! Andrew also gave us detailed instructions on how to continue to reinforce their training at home. Now we can move on to agility training, teaching them tricks, going out with them, taking trips. We highly recommend Citizen K-9 and Andrew!

It's a nice family friendly atmosphere, the kids loved the belly dancer who was honestly very impressive. This is a solid 10/10 vibe spot.
