They made sure we found the right puppy for our family by asking thoughtful questions, clearly explaining all the paperwork, and sharing everything we needed to know to keep our pup happy and healthy.
The process went smoothly, and they even sent us home with food, a leash, and a blanket since it was chilly outside. When our puppy got sick within the 10 days, they were completely honest with us and helped cover the vet bill.
Overall, I highly recommend anyone looking for a new family member to at least check them out!

From the moment I called Prince William Animal Hospital, I was impressed. The front desk staff listened to my concerns, validated how worried I was about my puppy, and was able to get us in the same day.
My visit was great from start to finish. Every staff member we encountered (Ashtyn, Gillian, Dawn, Brooke, Dezirae, and Dr. Gordon) introduced themselves to both me and my puppy. It may seem like a small gesture, but after noticing the lack of that personal touch at other clinics, it really stood out. They also interacted with my pup, gave him tons of snuggles, and seemed genuinely happy to meet him. He is a 6-month-old giant-breed puppy and is objectively pretty adorable, so it was surprising when staff barely acknowledged him at other clinics. At Prince William Animal Hospital, I immediately felt like they saw him as a pet and family member, not just another patient on the schedule.
Ashtyn spent a ton of time going over my puppy’s history and listening to all of my concerns, and Dr. Gordon ultimately mapped out a comprehensive plan to get him back to 100%. I left feeling grateful that we finally had a clear path forward.
After visiting multiple veterinary clinics in the area, I was also pleasantly surprised by how reasonable Prince William Animal Hospital’s pricing was. I especially appreciated the new-client goody bag! Again, it may seem like a small thing, but it made us feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. At other clinics, I’ve felt like taking on a new patient was an inconvenience, but the experience with PWAH could not have been more different.
I completely agree with the other reviews that mention being treated like family. The level of care, kindness, and personal attention truly exceeded my expectations. I am so happy to have found Prince William Animal Hospital and feel incredibly relieved to have a practice I can trust going forward!

The initial call into the hospital was answered by an amazing and caring woman named Colleen. Can’t say enough about her! And it gets better. We were immediately seen upon arrival by Dr. Hanna Maskalkova. She diagnosed the condition and reassured us that all would be okay. Again, it gets better. Dr. Oleg Khomutets at this point takes over and performs oral surgery on our Wrennie. The husband and wife team were sympathetic, reassuring, and welcoming. They are amazing doctors of veterinary medicine and we are so grateful for their exceptional care. The entire team at PetCentre animal Hospital exceeded expectations with their kindness and professionalism. They will always come highly recommended. They treated us like family.

8614 Centreville Road, ManassasOn my daughters way home last night she unfortunately found a cat that had been hit by a car and left. The cat was still alive but clearly in a lot of pain. She called me hysterically crying not knowing what to do. We couldn't just leave her there to suffer. We wrapped her in a towel and brought her to MedVet. They immediately took her back. Unfortunately the damage was too extensive. She wasnt going to make it. The front desk and doctor were all so amazing. We didnt know this cat. We didnt know if it was one of our neighbors or a stray. All we knew is we didnt want her to suffer or pass alone. They gave us the option to stay with her while she passed. Of course, we did. They took us back to a room and explained the entire process. I unfortunately have gone through it before but my 19 year old daughter had not. I cant say enough about how patient and understanding the doctor was. Clearly an animal lover herself, she had such compassion for the situation. She took her time and didn't make us feel rushed. She calmed my daughter and let her know she did the right thing. She needed to hear that from someone other then her Mom. When all was said and done, I was expecting a large bill (well worth it), but they told us there was no charge. It was an overwhelming feeling that all was right in the world. We did the right thing and so did they. I am sure they all have a very hard job. They deal with the worst types of cases being an emergency vet. And to still have kindness and compassion speaks volumes. I highly recommend.

10698 Viewmont Ln, ManassasI consider myself lucky to have found Jim and his team (family). Trusting someone to take care of your animals is a big deal and I trust Jim and Viktor implicitly. They are very understanding and accommodating when I forget to add a walk and can schedule one in on short notice pretty easily. I have a German shepherd who is very leash reactive and I've never had an incident with him while in Jim's care. The web app is fantastic and I always enjoy the pictures and comments. Jim is very interactive through text or the app and I feel like he is as much a friend as he is a business owner to me. If you are looking for someone to take good care of your animals definitely go with JD's Canine Cruiser!

They came to my house 2 weeks ahead to meet the kitties and get detailed information on how their routine, personalities, and preferences. They had all my information in case of emergency. When I got home, a detailed note of every day was left describing the cats' moods, what they ate, who wanted to play and who wanted to be left alone. They even brought in mail and packages during the week. The price was very reasonable for a week of visiting twice per day. If you're looking for a caring, thorough, professional, and animal loving team to help you with your pets, I recommend Paws-n-Play!

The vibe was super friendly and welcoming, perfect for families and dogs without feeling overwhelming or commercial. Loved the fire pits and all the different pockets of seating/hang out areas. Eavesdrop brought together a great group of vendors, Funktastic Meads, Downeast Cider, Honey & Hops, Bold Rock Hard Ciders, and more. We wish we could have stayed longer to catch the band but had to get home to a sick dog requiring medication. The event glasses were adorable, and we really hope they do this event next year so we can return with friends. Only thing I would change for us is purchasing one ticket for both my husband and I (one cup & 10 drink tickets to share). We wound up having tickets left over due to our time constraint, but it was fun to slip them to other fest-goers and see their reactions lol

I work 5 minutes from here...my coworkers always order big name chain food when all these small privately owned restaurants and delis are so close. Food... top notch. Cleanliness...pristine. Menu...you wouldn't believe me if I told you. Breakfast Menu might be larger than the Sandwich menu and it's served all day! I cannot wait to try the sausage gravy...this will be my go to for the foreseeable future....fresh food that is cheaper than most fast food locations! I got the Turkey Club, toasted and a side of fries because why not(had a bag of chips with the sandwich). Do not cheat yourself...go here for breakfast or lunch...or breakfast FOR lunch...as soon as you can!
