“I have had to do all sorts of returns as this location over the years and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Recently, I was trying to return a huge table and they helped me get it out of my car and into the store. Then when it turned out the shipping cost would be more than I paid for the table, they helped me put it right back in. It was scorching hot outside too. I really appreciate their service and help!”

“I don't know how someone decides to leave 1star rating to place with hard working people. I have always had a great experience at this location and the owner is such a polite and decent person. I drop my packages there every single day , minus the Sundays and have always been treated great with kindness . Always see a happy face when I walk in. Perhaps its just - what you give is what you get !
I see previous reviews saying the rates are high - go to Fedex or UPS location and you will get the same rates. They are just a franchise, they can't come up with their own prices is what I assume.
Moreover, if you want better rates then open business account with the shipper. Why blaming the franchise for it ???♀️”
“My fiance and I came in here yesterday to print out some signage for our upcoming wedding. First, I want to give the biggest shout out to the GM Maxwell. As soon as we walked in he immeditately took care of us and went so far above and beyond to make this an easy experience for us. He told us he and his wife had recently got married too and wanted to take as much stress off of us as he could - and he definitely did. I don't write reviews very often, but my fiance and I both felt like it was necessary to provide feedback about how great Maxwell was to work with. Second, I did a ton of price shopping for our printing needs (menus, welcome cards, welcome sign, etc) and FedEx was about $200 cheaper overall than everywhere I looked at online. Overall, super happy with this experience and would recommend this location in particular. Huge thank you again to Maxwell!!!!!!”

“So if you look at the entrance of Michaels, you can see an itty bitty little sign that says UPS access point. Easy to miss if you are driving by. Just go inside and the cashier can take care of you.”

“They service a small community and know just about everyone - friendly and quick considering they only have two service desks. Elsa and the other lady (sorry I keep forgetting her name) are always doing their best to provide the best customer support. BTW, the close up for one hour between 2 - 3 PM daily for their lunch I believe.”

One lady there has also helped me with Amazon returns on numerous occasions. She explained to me the difference between customer packed and no box no label. It was frustrating and confusing until she explained it clearly for me! I will use this store in the future!”
