“Roy's painted the hood and cab roof of my Toyota pickup truck. The original seal coat had deteriorated badly and some of the paint had worn off completely. The body preparation and paint job done by Roy's was superior. The truck looks like new. I highly recommend Roy's for any body work you need to have done. You will be happy with their work.”

“After searching for a local available heavy wrecker, I contacted BROYLES. They were responsive to assist with moving our heavy Purple Heart Firetruck left off the road with mechanical problems. Dean Edward came with his 40 ton rotator on the scene and took charge of a tough situation. He really took all the safety precautions for towing this beast and overcame all the obstacles of this old vehicle.

“We were heading from Southern New Jersey to Surfside Beach, South Carolina for vacation. Our Ford Explorer broke down in Glen Allen, VA. We got the car towed to Southern Automotive. It was Memorial Day weekend. Can't say enough good things about Shane at Southern. “Top of the line service. These people are honest. A tech at West Broad Honda told me the rear brakes on my 2000 Honda were at a 4 and would probably last through the holidays. Richmond Import Service informed me the rear brakes were in good shape and did not need to be replaced. I highly recommend Richmond Import Service. They charge maybe half of what these franchise dealers charge.”

“I honestly can't stress enough how great these guys are. I brought my BMW M340i in for a second opinion about an issue it was having and I'm honestly shocked I haven't heard about Sarek until now. They were able to correctly diagnose the issue and the price they provided for the fix was more than fair. The staff was extremely welcoming, including the mechanics, and Bill's tour of the shop was awesome. They also specialize in Land Rovers so if you are having issues with that, look no further. I tried to call them 3 hours to extend my registration that supposed to be delivered in 5-7 business days as they said, however never was delivered in 22 business days. “We towed our minivan here after it broke down. They diagnosed the issue, which was hard to find, and fixed it. They also recommended other services for our car which we agreed to. We ended up paying more for all of the extra services, but we notice a huge improvement with how our car drives. So although I can't speak for their pricing (I don't think they're pricing is necessarily the cheapest deal out there), their service was better than anticipated. I found them very knowledgeable and able to perform a myriad of services. I would return here if I broke down again and was in the area; but hopefully I won't break down again. 5 stars also for Goodyear's towing service.”

Which is an HR away, bc the Purvis Ford on my area is GARBAGE; but I noticed the 2nd time I went back out was NOT as warm a welcome & I was held for a Very Long time JUST for an oil change!
