He was very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the products, the best plan which would fit our needs, and knew which accessories would last longer. I have a background in retail, so waiting for an associate happens a lot since customers can come into a store at the same time. I don’t have any real negative things to say.”
“I am so glad I was told about this place. Tony fixed the screen on my IPhone 11 in about 20 minutes and saved me over $240 on what the Apple Store told me it would cost. Where as the Apple “genius”told me my camera would also need to be replaced, Tony checked it out and said it was working perfectly. Honest, knowledgeable, personable, and fast. I even took several of his cards to pass out to my friends and post at work. Thank you, Tony ?”
“I wish I had the names of the two young ladies that helped my son yesterday but unfortunately I did not think to get them. They were awesome! My 8 year old came in looking to spend some christmas gift cards and they helped him shop for what he was looking for and even shared the clearance special information that allowed him a free toy! At 8 years old he understood the excellent service and it made him feel so special to be treated just like any adult! I give these two women nothing but props!!! Its hard today to get good service in a lot of places but they nailed it and my sons evening! Thanks Gamestop Shortpump!”
“Just making sure I went to the correct Target. This one is located in Glen Allen. Right. Not sure why other reviewers had such challenging experiences. Ok. I was here to browse at first, because I love to shop at Target Stores. Being on vacation from Houston Texas, I didn't think of anything. This one is much better than back home. Yeah. Restroom was clean, functional and modern.Long lines on weekends is expected. I saw the self-checkout line diminished quickly as more cashiers became available. Employees I encountered were friendly and knowledgeable. I noticed that summer clothes were on clearance (earlier than in Texas). I bought a pair of clearance shorts that I was waiting for the price to drop. Perfect!”
“Though I was canceled service and my visit was to return my modem, I have to commend the staff and process. The return was smooth. Verizon could learn from T-Mobil. Return a phone to Verizon, and even it is in perfect condition, they'll always find a way to downgrade the device condition. T-Mobil was thorough, asked if I was happy with the service, and provided a printed receipt for the device. They were busy, and taking care of me wasn't going to result in any commission, but I wasn't rushed or treated like I was no longer valued. Excellent.”
“Not sure why the scores for this Target are so low??!! I LOVE this location!! Is it busy?? Of course it is!! People love Target and this one is located in the heart of Short Pump which is always busy!! This store recently got a face lift and it's stunning! Target feels more modern and is easier to shop at because the displays feel interactive. Don't let the low ratings keep you away from shopping at this store.”
