“Everyone I dealt with were very courteous, helpful, nice. No one pressured me. They listened to my needs, what I could afford and came up with a plan that fit for me. I'm truly looking forward to my new mattress arriving. Thank you so much! I will recommend you to anyone I hear that needs a new mattress. Keep up the great work!”
“September 2, 2026
Great sales experience and a beautiful sectional! We had an issue with the delivery, but it was quickly resolved. Pleased with the overall experience.
Thanks!”

“Lots of deals. Lots of popular items. Word to the wise, if you see something you like you better get it. It's not guaranteed to be there if you leave without it and come back another time.”
“Bruce met us at the door and was able to show us the modular furniture we were looking for. He answered our questions and was very patient with us. Would buy from him and Rooms To Go again!”
“This is a very good place for deals and such! From Italian to American this place really is the world market! They have everything from pasta to oil to hot sauce and a lot of decor. They always try to bring in stuff all around the world. Around November they have a cool event where you have to find five objects for gift cards and such. This place is a really good place if you want a wide variety of stuff. The staff is really friendly and helped me bring in a table that was on display outside on their storefront. They even give out free samples! This store is very five star worthy.”

“I do love shopping here sometimes it's easy to get stuff sometimes it's not. I wish there was just a bit more security to keep people from opening and eating the candy man when they felt like it. Plus I wish people would stop bringing in cups of coffee or whatever and not finishing him but sticking them on the Shelf it's hot and nasty and attracts mice and other nasty bugs into the place because of it.”
“Just making sure I went to the correct Target. This one is located in Glen Allen. Right. Not sure why other reviewers had such challenging experiences. Ok. I was here to browse at first, because I love to shop at Target Stores. Being on vacation from Houston Texas, I didn't think of anything. This one is much better than back home. Yeah. Restroom was clean, functional and modern.Long lines on weekends is expected. I saw the self-checkout line diminished quickly as more cashiers became available. Employees I encountered were friendly and knowledgeable. I noticed that summer clothes were on clearance (earlier than in Texas). I bought a pair of clearance shorts that I was waiting for the price to drop. Perfect!”
“I was looking for new window treatments for my living room & sunroom. I worked with Nicole & she helped me choose the style & fabric that went best with my furniture. They were just installed this morning by Vince who was quick & very precise with measurements. Worki g with Nicole, Vince & Tonya was a very enjoyable experience, & I LOVE my window treatments, thwy really make the rooms look great!! I highly recommend Calico Corners Richmond!!”
“I just had a horrible customer service experience with Olivia being dismissive as well as ignoring my teenager as she is in line spending money. Well Jake made up for that. Super helpful and went out of his way to ensure I found what I needed. He was very kind in gestures and tone. Kudos to you Jake. Olivia could learn A LOT from you. Actually, you guys should switch roles. You should be at the registers passing out that outstanding customer service. THANK YOU AND KEEP IT UP”
“Not sure why the scores for this Target are so low??!! I LOVE this location!! Is it busy?? Of course it is!! People love Target and this one is located in the heart of Short Pump which is always busy!! This store recently got a face lift and it's stunning! Target feels more modern and is easier to shop at because the displays feel interactive. Don't let the low ratings keep you away from shopping at this store.”
“The employees here go above and beyond to help customers, but this store is in desperate need of more self check out lanes. Four is not enough with minimal staff.”
