“I rarely leave reviews, but this time, I have to! My experience at HomeGoods on West Broad was simply the best! 10,000,000/10 for customer service! I dropped my AirPods case while shopping, and lost one. I was so upset as they were a recent birthday gift. I’m not usually one to speak up, but I mentioned leaving my number at checkout incase, and Miss Tee, the head manager, and her team—Jaysean, Romi, and Zelda—stepped in right away. Miss Tee and Romi blocked off the aisle while scanning the ends of the row, while Zelda was moving items on the bottom racks, searching too. And I have to give a huge shout-out to Jaysean—he was right there with me, face on the floor, shining a light under the shelves—he was a real one for that!! We ended up finding it, and I joked that without them, I would’ve driven home and cried? But, their care was so genuine; I was deeply grateful. I hugged them and thanked them personally. Miss Tee, Jaysean, Romi, and Zelda—thank you again. You are all awesome! ?? #givethemaraise LOL”
“This place is amazing, the food and snack selection from our of country is amazing and so yummy. Their furniture is beautiful and they have something for everyone. Bagging is a little slow but highly worth it, I wish I had one closer to where I live but this is worth the drive”
