“I wasn’t able to do the Kohls feedback survey in time, but I did want to shout out Maureen who worked on 8/13. My mother, brother, and I went shopping at Kohls at my suggestion. He was going off to college in a few days and needed new clothes. We were in there for a few hours finding everything we needed, and meanwhile my mom’s phone died. She didn’t think anything of it until she realized partway through checkout that her card was in her digital wallet. It was a very large order that we ended up splitting three ways. All throughout, Maureen was professional and kind. I know it must have been frustrating at 8:30 pm having a line of people and then us holding up the line unintentionally all scrambling to figure something out for payments. I later thanked Maureen for being so kind- she had given my mother such grace. (And earlier that day we had unexpectedly had to put my mom’s cat down- So mom was not in the best of headspaces to begin with.) Maureen deserves praise and recognition for her positive attitude and willingness to help make the situation better. Thank you, Maureen!”

“I do love shopping here sometimes it's easy to get stuff sometimes it's not. I wish there was just a bit more security to keep people from opening and eating the candy man when they felt like it. Plus I wish people would stop bringing in cups of coffee or whatever and not finishing him but sticking them on the Shelf it's hot and nasty and attracts mice and other nasty bugs into the place because of it.”

“I like going to Ross and will visit several different locations arousing horse searching for specific apparel. The best time to go is when the seasons change and like now before winter sets in you'll find sweaters jackets and cold weather apparel in this region of the Northeast and a little down to Florida. Because items same to move pretty fast I will call it scoring a deal. I purchased items to redecorate my home and picked up a couple of lamps scatter rugs/ area rugs and pillows. It has spoiled me regarding apparel and what I can and cannot do without. The only thing that I miss is leather handbags. I don't do vegan leather does not leather or retro leather which is not leather. If they were to do a better design and look of replicating leather I would be okay and I like durability. I've noticed that some of the jackets and designers are doing a lot better than pleather. They could apply the same technique to the handbags. I used to frequent TJ Maxx and Marshalls every week but fine practically the same items at Ross for Less and that's the name of the store. ? whenever I travel and have time I visit at least one rose. I have purchased shoes by designers and great apparel. These days you can't look for certain designers only because some of the other garments are pretty good and quality. Definitely worth a browse, but make room in your trunk just in case you find a deal. They even have art supplies and crafting supplies, journals and wall art. Have fun!?”

“Let me tell you how Ms. Tricia has blessed me today. I was looking for a particular item lol and I must have looked lost. She came over with the biggest smile and asked did I need help. I told her what I was looking for because it wasn't on the floor. She said we'll let me go look in the back... She found it!!! It is sooo hard to find great customer service. She was better than great, she gave EXCELLENT customer service. I Thank You Ms. Tricia!!!”

“I just had a horrible customer service experience with Olivia being dismissive as well as ignoring my teenager as she is in line spending money. Well Jake made up for that. Super helpful and went out of his way to ensure I found what I needed. He was very kind in gestures and tone. Kudos to you Jake. Olivia could learn A LOT from you.
