These guys are phenomenal. Unlike other places that aren't knowledgeable, rude or couldn't give a damn, the folks at ARC Tysons are the exact opposite.
As an example that had nothing to do with blueprints: My father passed away and around Midnight I sent a collage of photos to be printed and mounted on a poster board. It was for his cremation at 10 30 the following day. They had it ready at 9.00 for me to pick up. Nothing in my view speaks further about them.

“I have purchased 3-4 laser copiers/ printers / scanners from Copier plus for about 20 years. Their Ricoh/ Savin machines are very high quality. They have very few if any repairs needed. Just replace the toners and buy high quality paper. Randy is one of the printer guru's at the store. He is always helpful when i have a configuration issue, after i buy a new pc and need to configure to the Printer. The Ricoh machines are cheap to operate on toner costs as well. I love a company that gives good advice and is there to support you if something goes wrong down the road.”
