“Vehicle overall condition could be enhanced with proper cleaning, as opposed to having them look as if they are just sprayed down with water. Also, the interior cleaning must be addressed. Stains on seats, dust on dash, smudges on windows and mirrors are easy fixes that can be quickly resolved. Employ a Quality Assurance person to check behind / verify the vehicle appearance prior to putting them on the “Ready Line”. They’re not ready until they are ready!”

“The service was good, although there was only one employee when we picked up the rental car. We had to wait a while. The building is not in the best shape and there is no public bathroom after being there close to an hour.”
“This business went ABOVE & BEYOND to help me!! I was returning a cargo van that I was not comfortable driving & I was willing to drop off without a full tank of gas. Ron, the man working, encouraged me to just go fill it up because it would cost A LOT! Ron called his boss & she told him to take me to fill it up if nobody was there. It was the KINDEST thing they could have done!! It save me almost $200!!! This business cares about its customers. They might get busy at times, but they do care!!”
