“This store was great.
I was having technical problems with my phone. My husband and I went in and Brigit was very fast, efficient and friendly. Problem fixed....when we got home my phone lost network connection again, so back we went to the store. The manager did a few quick resets and explained if that doesn't work call 611 and option 3 for tech support....sure enough we got home same problem. After talking to tech support it was the phone. I'm sure you see where this is going....we went back to the store for a 3rd time this time Zoe helped us and we left my new phone.

“I have never had such amazing customer service! Christian was absolutely the best. I went in needing to return 2 routers of the 4 I ordered. When I arrived, there was a situation with a roof leak in which the ceiling tiles fell while we were there. The sales/service reps were trying to tend to customers and handle the situation. In spite of the challenges, Christian helped me combat the service representative who was relentless with his rebuttals for me to make the return. Not to mention I had my 4 year old with me for this lengthy visit, in which she assisted in keeping him entertained/preoccupied all while completing the transaction. She also helped other guests during my waiting periods to minimize their delay. She was personable, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and had a sense of empathy that is unmatched. I’ve been a customer for 6 years and this is the first time since acquiring my account that I’ve had to visit a store. While this was not the best experience overall (the other customers, the T Mobile CSR, having a child with me, the length of the visit), Christian’s willingness to provide stellar customer service will ensure my loyalty to T-Mobile. “The Cox store at Penninsula Towne Center is great. I was in and out within 5 minutes. I wished I could say the same for their customer service, technical support and their " loyalty department. They are terrible. I have been passed around from Rep to rep trying to get my new service activated for the last 2 days. I pray that someone can help me soon.”
