1094 N Military Hwy, Norfolk“I want to start off by saying the manager at this location is stellar! She stayed after hours to accommodate me and ensure that I got my new device. She was very caring, quick, and efficient. To note, this is a very busy location and they are short staffed so the wait times are high (I waited for about 2 hours before being helped.) I was NOT a fan of the woman wearing the red glasses (blonde hair with bangs, taller lady.) She ignored me when I walked in and didn’t even check me in to the queue. Two guests walked in AFTER me and she accommodated them while I sat there and waited for two hours. She finally came over to me and asked me which phone I wanted. I told her which phone and she told me to have a seat and that she was going to go grab it and be right back. She NEVER returned. She ended up helping a different guest that walked in after me. Again, the manager was just plain AWESOME and I am so thankful for her intervening. I can’t rave about her enough! She needs a raise!”
“I arrived yesterday 1/17/2024 midday and I was greeted immediately by Andrew. Andrew was very helpful and addressed my issue and assisted me with my plan and getting a new device. He also informed me of the other adding that Verizon has which in the long run I was able to switch my Apple Music, Netflix, and Hulu to be billed with my phone plan. The store location was convenient and very clean and there was another male employee there who also gave me great suggestions as well. I returned to Verizon wireless since cancelling my plan in 2016 but I am happy to return as an old/new customer and look forward to the savings and 5G plan what iPhone 15. Thank you Andrew and pardon me for forgetting your name but I remember you coach a team in Churchland, Portsmouth, you both know your job and are willing to assist.”
