“I took my 92 year-old grandmother to this location today to get her a new phone, and KT assisted us. She was an absolute godsend! My grandmother‘s phone was very old and barely worked, and poor KT had to get on the phone with multiple customer service representatives to get everything sorted out, but she did it all with an amazing attitude and excellent conversation.
