“THIS is the place to go to resolve dystopian issues with your Verizon service!

For years, I've been locked out of my account (one-time payment every month!) because I forgot my pin. The employee on the phone said I had to reset it in person, the employee at the nearest store said I had to go to a different type of store, etc etc, etc. At one point, a store employee had even tried to send me back to the phone line.

The buck stopped at THIS store! Yes, it's the correct type of store...and it also has the perfect employee! Briana took ownership of the situation and fixed so many layers of issues with such a steady, reassuring vibe that I feel she should be a surgeon instead!”
