On a previous visit, I came into the store looking for a pair of black Jessica Simpson pumps. Samonte patiently answered all of my questions and helped me make my purchase. I later returned on March 7, 2026, to exchange the shoes because they were too small. Once again, Samonte greeted me and assisted me with the return while helping me find the correct size.
Samonte’s kindness and cheerful attitude truly stood out. Throughout my time in the store, he made sure to greet every customer who walked through the door with the same warm energy. “Great prices and great styles. The only downside is that the store is super cramped and that there are no fitting rooms. I grabbed five items, but had to put three back (when I realized there were no fitting rooms) because I wasn’t confident if it would fit or not and I couldn’t try them on.”
