“Michelle (owner of Partner's Tack Shop) can get anything you want for your horse or rider. She has beautiful horse themed cards and gifts also. I love her selections there. Quality at a great price that beats all other tack shops in the area including Tractor Supply for halters, brushes, tack, etc. All kinds of salves, shampoos, topicals, thrush busters, rain rot remedies, covers two walls. She does have a few supplements, lots of fly sprays including naturals, consignment tack, buckets, clothing, chaps, blankets, saddle pads, girths, halters, etc. Good selections of riding boots, she can order any brand, style or size for you, AND she will take your measurements to insure a great fit. She can also help you with saddle fit for you and your horse, extremely knowledgeable.”
“I had an issue with my foot that was not resolved with orthotics or any other recommendation by my podiatrist. A friend suggested contacting a chiropractor. One chiropractor recommended physical therapy and chiropractic sessions. A second chiropractor said that I needed 5 chiropractic sessions a week. The third chiropractor, Dr. Daniel Roth at Williamsburg Neck and Back, suggested that I visit Point 2 Running Company. I really appreciate appreciate the honest analysis. It's refreshing and rare to find someone who cares more about the patient than making money.
I went to Point 2 the following day, and it was the best decision I could have made. Caroline assisted me, and she was EXCELLENT!!!! She spent 2 hours with me evaluating the issue, determining the best type of shoe, and allowing time for me to try and retry multiple pairs of shoes.
A week later the pain is almost completely gone. Thank you Dr. Roth and thank you Caroline. I highly recommend both.”

“The Sport Shack is another great example of a great local business here in Gloucester. Very knowledgeable owner. He has helped us several times purchasing soccer gear for my daughter. The shop owner has a wealth of knowledge and makes sure you leave with a good quality product that you are happy with. We mistakenly strayed and tried to buy a pair of cleats from Amazon and soon realized we needed to make the trip up to the Sports Shack and get a pair that fit her feet better. Of course, they did not disappoint and made sure we were fitted with a quality pair of cleats that fit my daughter perfectly. It's a great environment with the shop owner and his little dog, which is just as friendly as the owner. ? I would recommend skipping Amazon and Wal-Mart and going to Sport Shack so you can purchase the correct product and you can enjoy the sport that you are participating in without having to worry about having the wrong gear.”

“Yesterday afternoon, I visited Foot Locker Kids at Patrick Henry Mall in Newport News, Virginia, to buy shoes for my daughter. The experience was fantastic. Although they initially couldn’t find her size, Schujwan G, who assisted me, was very kind and didn’t stop searching until he found it.
The customer service was excellent very attentive and friendly and the transaction was quick. Additionally, they informed me about a survey on the receipt that offers a $10 coupon for my next purchase.

“Incredible selection of high end sneakers found in Patrick Henry Mall. This shop just opened on October 2 when they gave away $1500 worth of shoes and gift certificates. Manager Justin Palmaz is knowledgeable as is the rest of the staff and owners. They will answer any question and are sneaker heads themselves. Whether you're looking for a collectible pair of Air Jordans or a pair of funky Adidas, Kickz has a shoe for you.”
“The crew that worked the Saturday before school around 7pm 8/23/25 was top tier! From the moment I walked in the door someone asked could I be helped brought my shoes out to confirm what I wanted I waited in line that was long due to all the other last minute school shoppers and they still managed to move the line efficiently and promptly. “Ms Deborah was so helpful when I came in to the store. Since it was my first time I called ahead and she had the size I was looking for when I walked into the store and she also offer to order the ones they did not have and will call me when it comes in. Out of all the scrub stores I have been to this is the only store that made you feel welcome and she brought out all the other sizes and brands to show me. The fitting room also helps me alot so I did not have to take anything home that I know won't fit me. Thank you so much Deborah for a great customer service and I will definitely recommend this store location to family, friends and co workers.”
