“I went here to start a new line with my bf.PROS: Pedro was very knowledgeable and Edwin helped set up my line. I got great discounts and left with a new phone that day. They also hooked me up with a free coffee coffee mug and insulated tote bag. I was happy with the store, the service i received, and the customer service expertise in general.CONS: Edwin is new so understandably there was some misinformation about deals at first. Also i was annoyed once I got home and realized I don’t have a block for the new charger which i was told i would be given so I called the store and the block is over 23$ and my phone is about to die so I’ll have a dead phone remainder of the day and buy one tomorrow. If it weren’t for the block situation i would have given 5 stars.Thanks guys for the assistance.”

Not only did he skillfully resolve the issue with my phone, but he also took the time to share his local knowledge. Seeing that I was a traveler in need, he handed me a hand-drawn map with hidden gems in the area—quaint coffee shops, scenic viewpoints, and charming bookstores. To my surprise, Norman had even packed a small care package for my journey, including snacks, a reusable water bottle, and a handwritten note with encouraging words. His thoughtful gestures transformed a simple customer service encounter into a genuine connection, making me feel like more than just a customer. “Bought a new tenda switch with sfp for this service. Fiber internet is so much better than Comcast. I don't know why people have such a fuss about utilities getting installed. Grass grows back, you don't technically own the front of your yard anyways. Lighten up people.”

“Leaving a 5 star review even though I just cancelled service, seems a little odd but If you don't have another option High speed link is the way to go. Your not gonna find better people to deal with anywhere, from the sales lady to the fella that installed my service even the tech support guy were all top notch. The service worked decent for most of the day but It seems to me its overloaded in my area of Page county and that's the reason I cancelled. Hop this review is helpful ;)”

“I was on a Pokémon adventure in Harrisonburg Virginia on Burgess Road and needed a mobile hotspot to connect my Nintendo Switch and Pokémon Go to for my future adventures. I made a pitstop at T-Mobile to inquire about these. I was greeted at the door by Katie, who was eager to help me become a Pokémon Master. She lead me to the mobile hotspot display and assisted me in determining which hotspot will guarantee my success on this task. Once purchased and activated, Katie went the extra mile to ensure I was able to catch that next Pokémon! Definitely recommending others to come here and I hope to stop by again on my future adventures!”

“This Verizon location is absolutely phenomenal. Every staff member was kind and attentive, but the 2 people that helped me (I believe their names are Aaron and Jared) went above and beyond. To say they were helpful would be too small of a word for the level of service they provided.I was moving my phone number from another provider to Verizon. This number is very important to me because it was my sister's phone number before she passed away. They did not know this, but they still spent several hours on the phone with support, my previous provider, anyone that could help get my number ported over. They could have just told me to get a new number, which would have been much quicker and easier, but they did everything in their power to help me.I cannot express how grateful I am that they put in so much effort to help me keep my number. I was able to keep that number thanks to them.”
