Your not gonna find better people to deal with anywhere, from the sales lady to the fella that installed my service even the tech support guy were all top notch. “We had a rough start with our install when our originally scheduled technician did not show up for our 8:00 am appointment, which was incredibly frustrating especially right before Christmas and during a move into a new home.
I called Glo Fiber around 10:00 am and spoke with Devon, who immediately took ownership of the situation. Devon was empathetic, professional, and focused on finding a solution rather than making excuses. Thanks to Devon’s quick action and follow-through, Peter was able to come out on his day off — the Saturday before Christmas — to make sure we had service in our new home.
Peter completely turned the experience around. He was calm, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting everything done right. He took the time to explain the setup, made sure everything was installed exactly where we wanted it, and never made us feel rushed despite giving up his personal time.
Because of Devon and Peter, we ended the day with reliable service and a lot of appreciation for the people behind Glo Fiber. They both went above and beyond, and we’re very grateful for the outstanding service.”
“Julian was great with installing and describing all features. Added the protection plan to contract. Very professional. Great personality. Strongly recommend. Screen saver purchased was lifetime warranty only through company. Hassle getting a replacement. After having replaced by Verizon employee, screen saver had bubbles in just the same as before. Bought an otter box case and this is less than 1 1/2 years and its coming apart. Be careful of the warranty items purchased by dealer”
