“Me and my wife just move to Gloucester from AZ about 4 days before we visited this location, she was having problems with her older iPhone and Insurance so we stopped in to see if they could help. Caniyis and Lew helped us right away and helped us out so much! They not only explained to my wife why her phone was messing up and why her replacement would not work. They also got her into a phone that work better and newer and we're able to get us on the same plan and upgraded my device!! They let know how and what to return to get a cheaper bill and answered all the questions we had and we had a lot! I do need to apologize tho, we walked in at like 630, they closed at 7 but they were awesome enough to help us with all our problems/questions and we left the building at 730. So tha is for all the help Lew and Caniyis and for being cool about making yall stay late!!”
