I had an appointment for a passport visit for weeks scheduled. I show up with this lovely notice on the door. They email and ask you to notify them if you need to cancel your appointment but no one reaches out to let me know that I needed to reschedule. An email would be nice.

Update your passport walk-in hours on the website!!! The young lady was trying to help but old lady not so much. The way she talked was MEAN and unkind. And we wasted our time.
