“The Leesburg branch of Summit Bank is filled with extremely friendly and courteous employees, and I feel welcomed every time I walk in the lobby. It makes me feel valued to by known by my name. Any time I have an issue or request, Debbie and/or Sarah handle it immediately -- most of the time faster than I could reasonably expect. The ladies working as tellers are just flat nice people. I would recommend this bank to any Loudoun County individual or small business looking to make a change in their bank. Top shelf.”

“Amazing how responsive and professional the service providers in this bank repeatedly prove! Five stars in three different categories: (1.) Small Business Owner (2.) Home Owner - Mortgage (3.) Automobile Loans. In 2010, I started a small business with some colleagues; it's a C corporation serving the space industry. We used a local bank for ten years and were ready for a nationwide bank. This summer, I walked into a local branch unannounced, just to scope out their services. As soon as I poked my head in the door, I was greeted warmly, provided with all the information I needed to make the decision The small business expert was exceptionally savvy about how to meet our needs. There was no pressure and no distractions of coffee machines or free wi-fi, though they were both inconspicuously available. It was easy to re-engage and we are now enjoying Wells-Fargo services across the country. The mortgage was the best rate and terms offered by five different providers, as was the auto loan. They are masters at service in the banking and financial industry. So far, it's five stars every time!”
