Working with pictures and the room layout, Lauren helped us select new couches, rug, and coffee table to outfit the room, blending in the new selections seamlessly with our existing furniture and artwork. “Honestly kinda expected like a home goods esk store and I was very impressed with their selection! They had stuff I’ve never seen before, super unique furniture. Everything still elevated compared to HomeGoods. It was still fairly expensive and did the “compare to $xxxx” that other home good stores do.”

“Had a lot of inventory! It’s just a pretty basic home goods. It’s got furniture, storage, bedding, carpets, and dog toys. Pretty much anything you need for home decor. If your looking for that sort of thing this is the place for you. It was also fairly well organized compared to other home goods I’ve visited.”

And they were not exactly the same. Staff was professional. However they left some of the clothing alarms beeping the entire time we were there.”

“I have shopped at Joann's for many years. When the Sterling location opened it was beautiful and well stocked. Over the years, the low staffing is definitely starting to show. I have asked some simple questions in the recent past and run into employees that don't' know the answer. For example, two in the cutting department had no idea where the pattern projectors were ( one did not know what a pattern projector is). Instead of attempting to help, they just relayed they had no idea. I ended up buying a projector on eBay for much less, so that worked out for me, but not the store obviously. I have had fabric cut more than once that was labeled one price but another price when I got to the checkout. In this case, fabric was either mispriced or put away in the wrong place. The selection of fabrics is good in some areas, but poor in others. I can't always count on finding what I need in store anymore.”

“They pack a lot of really nice high-quality furniture into this showroom. We worked with the store manager who helped us find the console table that had been eluding us for many months. She knew her stuff and even though we didn’t buy something off the floor she helped us find the right piece through a catalog they had. She was able to figure out our tastes really quickly and knew exactly what to recommend. You can certainly go to that much larger store up the road but if you’re looking for quality furniture and professional help, this is the place you really want to go to.”
