“I have been a regular customer of this convenience and smoke shop for over 2 years now, and I can honestly say that they are the best in town. The brothers and staff are always friendly, helpful, and courteous. They greet me by name, remember my preferences, and offer me discounts and freebies. They have a wide selection of products, from snacks and drinks to vaping supplies. The prices are reasonable and the quality is excellent. “Amazing food - very flavorful sandwiches for around $10 perfect for lunch and the store has a great selection of snacks, wine etc.. For a casual warm weather dinner, it's great to get a bottle of wine, cheese and crackers, and a couple of sandwiches and sit at the tables outside.”

“I’ve been going to this station for at least 20 years. Normally I’d be in and out for the inspection within 45 minutes.Though this time it was longer, as I watched I got upset. Why is the inspector lifting my car? I didn’t ask for an oil change. William (the manager) explained that the state police added items to the inspection-seatbelts, suspension, steering components, the inside brake pads.Next year I’ll make sure I plan to spend more time there…and I’m assuming with a more thorough/timely inspection-it’ll be more expensive.”

“Really nice small, local grocery. They are like a local whole foods or foxtrot competitor but on a smaller level.They offer alot of trendy food items like high hydrogen water, lavendar popcorn (which was good), and much more.They also have a coffee bar and fresh food bar. I bought the chickpea chorizo which was super delicious but so small for the price. I wish they gave like a couple pieces of bread or toast or something. The bowl came with potato chunks, chickpea chorizo pieces (so flavorful), corn, the world's smallest egg, and arugula, and spices. So so good. Service was excellent too. And they gave dining space inside and out as well as plugs and wifi.Highly highly recommend!”

“Love foxtrot!! Have tried several coffee shops in old town and foxtrot always comes out on top - great cappuccinos, lattes and matcha. Ordering drinks ahead on the app is super convenient and if you make an account, you get 1 free drink a month.The staff is very friendly and welcoming, there is lots of seating upstairs, and they have a well curated selection of snacks and misc food items.”

“I was looking for some fashion and coffee table-type magazines in foreign languages for a work-related event, and wasn’t able to find them anywhere, until someone recommended I check out The Newsroom on Connecticut Ave NW in DuPont Circle. It was great! I bought 3 Vogues (French, German, and Italian), a People magazine (Spanish), and a few other fashion magazines. These will be great for our office’s fun activities related to learning/studying foreign languages. The owners were super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!”
“Havent saw ms kyra since i was a kid in elementary/middle school) used to live a round the corner from her store in that area for 5 years & she helped get me in a karate class across the street from her store, even use to let me ,my bros, and my sister go when we didnt have enough $ for our items sometimes ... good to see she didnt sell out after all these years that passed i was 8 - 13 back then and 26 now and she still standing with all of all this gentrification uptown.. those were the good days Miss her and that area.”

“I am just reviewing the food. It was really nice. The servers don't really speak English but I was able to point and gesticulate what I thought looked nice. The shrimp in the creamy soup was delicious and so was the rice and plantains. I went back twice. It was 16.25 for a very large serve of food. I had some leftover for dinner. If you're looking for great takeout, come here.”
“I've been here a couple times. It's a small place with great service. The deli is excellent. I recommend the Reuben with no modifications.On one occasion, my card was unexpectedly declined; the cashier was very gracious and took care of the next customer at the second register while I sorted out the issue, so I didn't suffer any further embarrassment OR hold up the line. I really appreciate that level of service.”

“The SUV detailing was exceptional. The interior had a lot of dog hair which was removed. The only complaint I had was lack of communication. When I registered online, the intake did not request for model or color of vehicle. I was given a time slot but nothing else. Though it was 8 am Sunday morning, the place was already quite busy; it was not clear where to park or even who to talk to and hand over my keys. I received no ready-call but when I called around 2 PM to check, I was fussed at by the contact person for not being available. I had received NO call. As soon as I hung up, THEN I was called by the detailer and informed my vehicle was ready. Why the long story? This is not a cheap detail. Though it was quite good work, the service must go hand in hand with the cost of the vehicle detail. I feel sorry for the detailers. There are few and they work quite hard.”

“No discount on car wash if you purchase gas. Not the most expensive gas in the area and not the cheapest for regular 87 octane. One plus is that it does have a 7-11. The car wash was decent but a bit overpriced for what it was. For automatic car washes, I'd give it a 6 out of 10 since it got most of the dust off but really struggled getting the front of the car clean near the headlights. As far as the hood and sides it did an ok job. Deluxe car wash was the cheapest at $11. Also this is NOT a touch free car wash, so beware if you have paint you really care about but for older cars this was fine.”
