“I had a great experience at AT&T on Friday with my mom. Marco provided us with excellent customer service from start to finish. He was friendly, patient, professional, and made sure we understood everything while helping us. There was another employee who was wearing glasses. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name, but he was extremely helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions about the new iPhone. Both of them were knowledgeable, welcoming, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.”

She set up my phone, put the screen protector on and STRAIGHT WITH NO BUBBLES. my new iPhone was in my cute case by the time I walked out the door. Thirdly my phone service and the actual phone itself including data to look up my way home was all working by the time I got in my car ready to go home. Just remember to turn on your settings for your GPS! Haha anyways thank you again Bianca for your all help. Clean location with seating while you wait and a tv for when they’re helping you set up your phone. Did I mention bilingual? It was great.”

From the moment I walked in, I felt acknowledged and taken care of the service was a bit on the slower side, but honestly, it was worth the wait. “I walked into the Verizon Huntsman store frustrated because my bill had gotten way too expensive, and I honestly didn’t think there was much anyone could do. Wali sat down with me for nearly two hours, went through my account line by line, and found ways to save me about $180 every month. He never rushed me, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood every change before moving forward. It’s rare to find someone who is willing to put that much time and effort into helping a customer. Wali truly went above and beyond, and because of him I’m saving a ton of money every month. If you need help with your Verizon account, ask for Wali you’ll be glad you did.”
