40431 Featherbed Ln, Lovettsville5/2015- My OTTB whacked her face on an overhead beam (thinking she reared up bc of a bee) and broke a bone in her face. We tried on-farm treatment with our local vet, to no avail. Took her to Spurlock where they removed the floating bone, inserted a piece of medical plastic to seal the sinus puncture she made and stapled her up. VERY reasonably priced, VERY KIND STAFF. Would recommend 100%!
