“Outstanding service! Today, we visited the Rockville post office for my son's passport appointment. Despite my error in scheduling it for tomorrow, the staff member graciously accommodated us and swiftly processed the application. Processing was completed in 10 minutes. Thanks to her quick action, my son won't miss a day of school tomorrow. Grateful for the exceptional service! ?”

“The passport walk-in time was an amazing experience. Steven, a tall African-American man was the agent I met on the two times that I had to go. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. The times I had to go I was there at 6:00 a.m. Thank you Steven!!!”

4990 Sadler Place, Glen Allen VA 23060
“I have been to this location at least twenty times and every employee at this branch is patient and kind. During the snowstorm when mail was not able to be delivered, they handled the chaos at the branch well. A package of mine was recently marked as delivered and not in my mail box. I filled out a report and received a phone call AND a resolution on the same day. The mail carrier knew which mailbox my package had been delivered to and was able to retrieve it. That's going above and beyond and I appreciate it!”

“Mrs or Ms Agnes B. Is an angel descended into your store. Her kindness and genuine effort denied all of my anxieties of going into USPS without my mom. She was a really nice person to meet that day for me and she deserves a raise”

“Fabulous plant beds maintained seasonally by the Salsbury Garden Club. Such a welcoming feature. There are also a few gorgeous lilies that were planted by a former employee that continue to bloom and grow. Check them out in June and the other plants that make this place shine!”

“Great experience with passport application walk-in. Ms. Carmisha guided us to Ms. Gracie. Ms Gracie took care of application submission. This location has photo service too. I would recommend going to this location for passport services walk-ins”
