“Amazing service! Our small nonprofit purchased our copier from Ron five years ago. Lately it's been making strange clicking sounds, we called today and Ron was able to come out the same day. He brought all the parts for our particular model that could be causing the sounds. We got a few parts replaced, Ron made great recommendations, explained everything and I'm very happy we called Copy Resources. Their prices are reasonable, service is outstanding and there's no sense they're trying to sell us anything we don't need; they are honest. I checked the net for cell phone repairs and found Alibaba in Centreville. I drive by this place all the time and finally stopped by with my phone for repair. I can see why this place has so many good reviews. The owner is very nice and knowledgeable. He recommended staying with a Samsung screen. It seems like he is open every day of the week which is very good to know. I dropped my phone off and picked it up in a few hours. The cost was reasonable. “If I could rate Josh at uBreakiFix higher than 5, I would. I was panicking because my iPhone 12 plus was not charging, even with new cords. After striking out at AT&T, I called uBreakiFix and Josh, the manager, answered the phone. Despite is being close to closing time, he said I could bring it in and he would be glad to look at it. He took a total of 1 minute and it was fixed! Turns out there was lint in the cord port and that was keeping it from charging. He did not ask for any payment. I am delighted that I did not have to buy a new phone and it's been charging fine ever since. Extremely friendly, professional and competent. Thank you, Josh!”
“I read the bad review from “King Hotrod” and am totally confused by it. I dealt with Kamran, who is AMAZING. Kamran is a diamond in the rough. He’s will not do work on your TV, just to make a buck, when he KNOWS it’s not going to fix the problem. If the fix (and the commission you will have to pay him for doing the repair) cost MORE then buying a new TV, Kamran is going to tell you. Honestly, what more could you ask for from a guy whose job and income are DEPENDENT on doing the work?!? Unless “King Hotrod” dealt with someone other than Kamran, the problem was with King Hotrod, not Kamran. As long as I live here, I have found the person I’m going to call when I have a problem with my TV. It’s Kamran. If you’ve stumbled on this post because you’re looking for a TV repair guy, stop looking. You’ve found him. Honestly, I don’t leave a lot of reviews & I felt compelled to leave this one. He could have fixed what I THOUGHT was the problem & charged me. He would have made money. It wouldn’t have fixed the problem & because of this, he ended up not doing the work and more importantly, not getting a commission. I will recommend Kamran to everyone I know, which unfortunately, isn’t a lot. So that’s why I’m telling you. You’ve found the guy you want to work on your TV. Look not further.”
