“First of all easy to find thank god! second of all Bianca was AMAZING. Apart from being patient, courteous, helpful and very insightful into what we were there for. She set up my phone, put the screen protector on and STRAIGHT WITH NO BUBBLES. my new iPhone was in my cute case by the time I walked out the door. Thirdly my phone service and the actual phone itself including data to look up my way home was all working by the time I got in my car ready to go home. Just remember to turn on your settings for your GPS! Haha anyways thank you again Bianca for your all help. “One of the nicer Walmarts around. It has groceries and other department store items. Food is usually in stock, people here are mostly nice, except when they are in the way. Self checkout seems unorganized, especially when there is an issue. It took 10 minutes to get someone to fix the self checkout machines for 3 people. I would go to this walmart rather than the ones in Alexandria.”
“Luiz at this location is by far the most knowledgeable on their plans, what works with older phones just needing a SIM card and new plan. I had stopped at 2 different locations and both told me an older phone I had, would not work on Boost. But Boost online said it would. I stopped at this location and Luiz, didn't bash the other locations, which I appreciated, but he said it absolutely would work. He had me set up and out the door in about 10 minutes!I also found Luiz to be very personable and helpful in general.”

“So my experience here started off on a low and ended with a high. All thanks to a certain T-Mobile representative named Sebastian!
Initial walk in, issues with T-Mobile rep Alex: When I walked in, there was a line to get service which was fine with me. After 10 minutes waiting this guy walks in and the Representative took him dismissing everyone's time who had been waiting. His name is Alex and he is extremely rude! Don't go to him, I tried to warn you. He is not friendly and his vibe is not welcoming! Alex will have everyone jump in front of you while you waiting just like he did us today. Again, don't go to Alex.
Experience changed, Sebastian: Sebastian came from the back of the store and I was instantly greeted. What's crazy is that Alex told him that someone else was next when I was the one that was next smh. Anyway, Sebastian took me and he was really knowledgeable and kind. You can tell that he really knows what he's doing and all the other Representatives go to him for questions about the phones from customers. Go to him with all your promotions, services, anything you need he can do with no problem! He is a great representative and more importantly a great person! Please give him a raise!
Overall: This store depends on who you have as your representative in order to give you an experience. If you want bad service, rude and an unwelcomed atmosphere, go to Alex. If you want an exceptional experience and a representative who is great with promotions going to get you good deals and care about all your needs, go to Sebastian.”
