“There was some guy named Anthony there that quickly made contact with me as I walked into the store. I was hesitant to ask about the service outage ... but as soon as I did and I explained that my service was still not working he was persistent in solving my problem and he even went out of his way to make sure my AT&T account was working well and found an issue where I was being overcharged and fixed it! He was quick to resolve my issue and fixed more than I thought I needed. I really appreciate him and other workers just like him. He was also fairly patient while I was figuring out all of the issues I had finding my personal information... thank you for the great service. 10/10 Will be there again soon.”

Upon entering the store, you could feel how welcome you were. Brianne Wallace and Daniel Medrano greeted us with a smile and you could feel how happy Brianne was to be able to help my friend Michael. She skillfully assisted Michael in turning in his older phone for a new upgrade. It was also a great please to witness the true teamwork that was very evident between Brianne and Daniel. “Luiz at this location is by far the most knowledgeable on their plans, what works with older phones just needing a SIM card and new plan. I had stopped at 2 different locations and both told me an older phone I had, would not work on Boost. But Boost online said it would. I stopped at this location and Luiz, didn't bash the other locations, which I appreciated, but he said it absolutely would work. He had me set up and out the door in about 10 minutes!I also found Luiz to be very personable and helpful in general.”
