“I had to rent a car because I was in an accident and between the reservation set up by insurance and getting my car to the auto shop, Enterprise was very helpful! The people on Fairfax Blvd were always smiling when I walked in the door and were so kind with the whole process. The manager especially made everything super easy and I was able to get a rental car and clear instructions in a matter of minutes! Definitely will use them again if I ever need to!”

“I dropped off my car at the Enterprise shop as it was closing. Since I didn’t have a ride to the Honda dealership to pick it up my own car, Ryan offered to give me a ride in his own car. It was a kind gesture on his part so that I won’t have to walk 20min in the cold to the close by Honda Dealership - giving a ride to a stranger! I was deeply touched by his thoughtfulness. “I picked up the Elantra from NEXTCAR at 10915 Georgia Ave in Wheaton. The location in Wheaton has an excellent team. Dauda is very patient and thorough. Jose pays attention to details that make a difference. Nick makes sure everything is in proper order. I have worked with all of them over time. The Wheaton location is my preferred place to get a vehicle. Yeme Tebje is most gracious. The commitment of everyone on her team to excellent customer service is a direct reflection of her leadership skills. “The staff at the 5954 Richmond Hwy in Alexandria were amazing. Kevin and another gentleman whose name I am forgetting, were so helpful. They set me up with the perfect car, my favorite rental, a Rouge. Love it! I'm a short senior with some neck issues and I find the Rogue very comfortable for long drives. And then they set me up with an adapter for my phone's charger when I discovered mine wouldn't work with the ports. They were also so helpful with modifying my reservation. I so appreciate having a friendly, hassel-free experience. Great customer service here.”

“Needed a car last minute and found this location was 5 minutes from our hotel. The prices were better than many other car rental places and this location was so easy. The process was fast and the employees were very nice! When I returned the car (7/31 around 5pm) the young lady (sorry forgot her name) was so helpful and nice. I was ordering an Uber for pick up and she mentioned if my hotel was close she could drop me off, so I was able to cancel the Uber and she dropped us off. Top tier service from this location! Highly recommend.”
