“I got into an accident and had to get a rental through my insurance, of course me being boujee I wanted a nice car so I called this place and Jen helped me from beginning to end. I never even met Jen this was all through call/text she was always on top of it and got back to me ASAP and was so incredibly nice helpful. I never write reviews but she really deserves it, she would even personally call different enterprises and made sure the car was ready for me to pick up! I can’t ask for better service. She’s the type of person you want in your contacts :)- a forever customer”

“I only take the time to post a review when I deem a company worthy of the effort. The service I received from Enterprise at 9854 Fairfax Boulevard in Fairfax, VA, deserves praise! The rep who handled my paperwork is named Michael and he was kind, expedient, funny, and thorough in explaining the paperwork. The car I received was clean, easy to drive, and though I had to extend it a week beyond my original time, there were no issues in doing so.I hope my car doesn't have issues in the near future, but if so, I'm only renting from one place, Enterprise.”

“Rented a vehicle from Avis for about a week. I reserved the smallest car they have but was given the biggest car they had (for the same price) which I really didn't want to drive but they had no other options. I don't know why they're advertising things they don't have. The positive.......Messi is AMAZING!!!!! She's so patient, so nice, I don't know how she does it. I was in there twice and both times, people were made because they had reservations but they had no cars, or the car they reserved wasn't there. And she took it in stride, she was helpful and patient, it was unbelievable. I told her, you need a raise!!! Avis is lucky to have her, she should be running things and maybe she'd clean up the fact that you don't have the cars that you're reserving. It really makes her job so difficult, yet she shines and is great to her customes. THANK YOU MESSI!”
