“As your numbers show, I have used National as my primary vendor for over twenty years. The Emerald Loyalty Program is easy to use and makes travel easier. The one downside of this rental was the exclusive sedan selection. Not a single SUV was available at the time I had to choose my vehicle. I visit grandchildren and count on a larger option during these visits. I trust this is anomalous rather than a new policy.”

1st James? (parking attendent for Alamo) was kind enough to hold my very heavy bag and point me in the right direction to rent my car. His colleague (sorry didn't get his name but he was a manager on the parking deck) carried my heavy bag to the rental car.
Then Abu helped.me at the counter fixing my error of booking a day too early. Praise the Lord the price didn't change.
The icing on the cake was Andy upon returning the car. He mase sure I knew where I was going without me even asking. They were all very kind, professional, and went above and beyond to assist me. Thank you for having such thoughtful employees!!!”

“We had such a great experience with this company. Max was our chauffeur and was so kind, on time, and made us feel very welcome and drove us around safely. We have had such a hard year. I have been battling cancer and my husband wanted to make this night memorable with our 2 children. I didn't have the strength to be able to do a lot of walking. Had we driven ourselves, we would have to park miles away from the stadium in D.C. I am so happy my husband Kevin made this happen. Max was so empathetic and just a pleasure to talk to. We will plan to do this again in the near future for sure! We highly recommend this company and we have no complaints whatsoever. Everything was perfect. Thank you Max and Presidential Limousine, for a night that we will never forget ❤”

“I picked up the Elantra from NEXTCAR at 10915 Georgia Ave in Wheaton. The location in Wheaton has an excellent team. Dauda is very patient and thorough. Jose pays attention to details that make a difference. Nick makes sure everything is in proper order. I have worked with all of them over time. The Wheaton location is my preferred place to get a vehicle. Yeme Tebje is most gracious. The commitment of everyone on her team to excellent customer service is a direct reflection of her leadership skills. “I want to sincerely thank the branch manager David Burris for taking time to listen to my situation after I told him that I had a flat tire in an unfamiliar freeway at 11 pm. When I called the roadside assistant, the lady wasn’t help me and hung up on me making an already stressful situation even worse. He agreed that the behavior was unacceptable. He advised me to file a complaint and kept my contract open in order for the company to review the situation. He showed genuine care, Professionalism and outstanding customer service.
