Madewell is a store centered on great jeans and everything to wear with them. The staff is consistently described as the best, amazing, incredibly helpful, friendly, kind, attentive, and genuinely knowledgeable. They provide super great customer service, are eager to assist without being pushy, and offer informative fittings and hemming services. The store itself is beautifully organized, super organized, fully stocked, and easy to shop, with clothes that feel thoughtfully laid out and made to last. This creates a refreshing shopping experience that customers plan to repeat. Note that this particular location does not carry men's clothing, but the staff is helpful in ordering items.
