We were having trouble purchasing our internet Fios plan for our new apartment and Saad and Aizad helped us navigate the process with attention, patience, and care. The entire process took nearly an hour and they were professional throughout the entire experience.
Their support was invaluable and I highly recommend stopping this Verizon location for help with any issues one might have with their internet setup.”

Day 1: Excited to join Team iPhone.
Minute 5: “Where’s your QR code?”
Me: “What QR code?”
Them: “Your QR code.”
Me: “What QR code???” (x3)
After 2.5 hours of QR-code confusion, a kind woman employee helped me finally get my phone. Used it for 4 hours. Couldn’t find settings, couldn’t find peace, couldn’t find life. Returned it. iPhone wasn’t for me — but she deserves Employee of the Year.
My tombstone will say: 'He never switched to iPhone.”
