“This has been the best UPS Store I’ve used in the area based on multiple visits. Printing was always reasonably priced, and I could just email the label and they’d take care of it.
Even though it’s in a busy location, there were usually enough employees working, so wait times stayed short and service moved quickly. Every time I went, including during peak hours, they handled the flow of customers really well. Overall, I’ve consistently had a good experience here.”
“Nick was absolutely amazing!! If I could give him 10 stars, I would. We had an awful experience at the Tyson UPS office and will never visit them again, Maple Ave has won our business. I had to do a set of fingerprints, and mail off 3 different documents. Nick explained the process of each one and verified each package for me, during verification I noticied one of my forms was incorrect. Nick waited for me to find the right form, assisted in printing it off, and getting my packages off safely with tracking. This is how it should be done! I feel confident that my packages are in good hands. Excellent customer service. Thanks Nick!”

“I am so glad to have this UPS store near my home. It has been so convenient and the employees are amazing! They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very personable. Scotty has helped me out on multiple occasions, once with getting my shipping and passport photos and another time with notarization of important paperwork. He was very patient and was able to accommodate all my needs. Harry is also another amazing employee that I have worked with and observed. He is one of the younger members of the team but still very knowledgeable. He is always enthusiastic to help and I have seen him dealt with two very frustrating customers on different occasions without losing his smile and positivity. I even felt really bad for him. I know that I can come to these guys for help and they will be able to sort it out.”
“I live in Houston and had a package that needed collecting from just down the street from this UPS Store in Washington DC. I spoke with the manager (Janiya) who did me a HUGE favour and actually went down the street and collected the box during her off hours and then took it back to the store to affix my shipping label. Service like this is just so rare these days. Cannot say enough nice things here.”

Just yesterday, our course was set for 80+ attendees, and they were great at helping me set up food, tables, and desks. I couldn’t have done it without them.

“I had such a great experience at this UPS Store today! I’d just come from the post office where I was treated pretty poorly, but the customer service here completely turned my day around. One of the employees (I wish I’d gotten his name!) saw me struggling to get the door open and came right over to help. He was so kind and patient, and even set up a system for me so I’ll be ready next time I come in. It honestly made me forget about the earlier situation — his kindness really made my day.”

“I give it a 4 because I support small businesses. I also give it a 4 because the manager, I didn’t get his name, maybe isn’t a morning person. I understand mechanical issues can cause delays but using words like “did you expect me to magically know about the mechanical issues” isn’t very customer friendly then trying to make it seem like I am the problem isn’t okay. Anyway, I don’t take it personal, maybe he’s not a morning person or is having a bad day.”

“Don't be fooled by the young employee's ! This location offers actual empathy and support when it feel's like things are going sideways ! We no longer will go to Fedex for our printing needs as the employee's here have been much more ethical and supportive when we've had varying requests. “Adrian was incredibly helpful with my complicated Amazon return yesterday. Amazon shipped me two items, one came in a box and the other came in a plastic bag - and Adrian was familiar with how Amazon returns work - and he was able to help me navigate the return so I could get it done. Taking care of business! That's what Adrian did! He was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, and I really appreciated his excellent customer service! His coworker was nice too, but I didn't catch her name - a young lady with long brown hair - I could see that she was being helpful with her customers as well. Adrian kept helping me even though I know it was close to closing time, but he didn't try to rush me out the door or suggest that I come back the next day, so great job overall! Thanks!
