“Quick service. Got a phone for my husband to take on the road. Was told that they operate under AT&T so hopefully he'll have good service. Free phone.... Only paid $150 for the activation fee and 1st month cost.”
“Came in for a cracked screen from running over my iPhone 11 with a forklift at work . Was told it would take 15 min . Went to the corner store came back he was done . He knows what he’s doing and the price is way lower than the competition. Mind you I didn’t even asked the price . I had assumed 1 something from other places. Plus it’s black owned.”

She was very knowledgeable and answered all of the questions we had about the tech, transferring a new line onto the account and getting the most for my trade in. We worked with Tia for another upgrade a month later and she was just as sharp and helpful.

“Ciera was amazing! She was the only employee in the store on a Saturday morning. She was very professional, even when an angry customer came in demanding help immediately. She continued to help the customer she was currently with while trying to deescalate a situation that arose. She was patient with us while we were there with our 1 year old. Communicated well. Assisted us amazingly. Carefully showed us all our options. Making sure we got the best plan for our family. Even on a busy Saturday we were there no longer than 1 hr when upgrading 2 devices. She was very good at time management. Working in quick fixes with the longer services to keep the store running smoothly on her own: Ciera was the bomb!!”
