“I had the misfortune of being in an accident. However, from the accident, I was very fortunate to find my way to L&M Body Shop. I met Kendall and Allie who were my guides through the whole process, including contacting Enterprise for a rental. After droppping off my car, Billy would call and infom me of the progress on my car from receiving the ok for the estinate, receiving the car parts into the shop to begin repairs, to explaining that he didn't approve of the trim that was sent and would be switching it out. I really appreciate Billy's attention to detail for my 2014 Honda, and the professional quality work of his staff, who returned it to me, looking like new.”

“100% would recommend Eric at Caliber Collision! My experience definitely had a rough start. After my car was “finished” the first time, we quickly realized that several of the original issues had not been fixed—and some were actually worse or had been completely missed. I was honestly baffled that I was allowed to drive off the lot near closing time with my car in that condition. I called the next day and explained everything that was going on, and Eric immediately stepped up. Within just a few hours, he had me in a rental car and arranged for a tow truck to pick up my car and have it looked at again. He made sure it was sent to a more reliable mechanic rather than back to NTB, where I had not had a good experience. From that point on, both Eric and the team at Precision Tune kept me updated throughout the entire process. Within 48 hours, I had my car back, everything was properly fixed, and it was driving even better than before! While the experience didn’t start out the way I had hoped, I really appreciate how Eric took ownership of the situation and made sure it was handled quickly and professionally. Things can go wrong, but how someone handles it afterward makes all the difference—and Eric absolutely made it right. Couldn’t recommend him enough!”

“Needed some body work on my brand new truck after an old man side swiped me in DC. Saw the great reviews for Alvis and liked that they were an independently owned family business in Chesterfield for decades. The quote process was honest and friendly. They walked me through the parts needed and scheduled me quickly. It took a few days longer than expected and the only slight knock I have is a little better communication for delays. Picked up the truck and it looked amazing! I was worried since it was brand new, but they took care of as it was their own and I couldn’t be more thankful. Overall a great team of folks and great work. Meeting the owner (Amy) at pickup was a great experience! We will certainly use them from here on out.”

“Thank you so much to Tim & Pete at SmartFix! Im so happy I found yall! Yall did an amazingly beautiful job on my Buick!! After getting in the accident & with the damages down basically the whole driver's side & then had to get the other person's insurance company to just give me what I needed to fix the damages after Smartfix gave me a reasonable estimate. I went back to them. I admit I was alittle hesitant & nervous about the whole thing & that it may not be fixed back to the way it was before the accident. They were nice, very knowledgeable, respectful & reassured me that everything would be just fine. They kept good communication with me the whole time about my car while they had it. “I went through Safelite in Richmond to replace my 1996 Honda Accord windshield back in 2015 and it was a nightmare. First, the glass broke in transport so I had to reschedule. Then after the service was complete, the bottom seal didn’t take sure I had to reach back out to try to get it fixed and that didn’t go well. Needless to say, I was hesitant to use their services again. The tech from this location was great. Ricardo arrived within his expected appointment window. He called when he was on the way so I would be ready for him. He listens to my concerns about using Safelite again. He was professional and pleasant. He finished the replacement within the expected timeframe. The glass was clean, there was no residue, and no debris left behind. As far as calibration, it looks like everything is in order sensor-wise as well. I paid for the middle experience so i also received new wipers. I’m not a cannot the wipers, but that’s my preference and I wasn’t sure when I’d be able to get around getting new ones before the replacement. Overall, I had a much better experience this time. Thank Ricardo and Safelite for making this a much better experience for me.”
