I met Kendall and Allie who were my guides through the whole process, including contacting Enterprise for a rental. After droppping off my car, Billy would call and infom me of the progress on my car from receiving the ok for the estinate, receiving the car parts into the shop to begin repairs, to explaining that he didn't approve of the trim that was sent and would be switching it out. I really appreciate Billy's attention to detail for my 2014 Honda, and the professional quality work of his staff, who returned it to me, looking like new.”

“100% would recommend Eric at Caliber Collision! My experience definitely had a rough start. After my car was “finished” the first time, we quickly realized that several of the original issues had not been fixed—and some were actually worse or had been completely missed. I was honestly baffled that I was allowed to drive off the lot near closing time with my car in that condition. I called the next day and explained everything that was going on, and Eric immediately stepped up. Within just a few hours, he had me in a rental car and arranged for a tow truck to pick up my car and have it looked at again. He made sure it was sent to a more reliable mechanic rather than back to NTB, where I had not had a good experience. From that point on, both Eric and the team at Precision Tune kept me updated throughout the entire process. Within 48 hours, I had my car back, everything was properly fixed, and it was driving even better than before! While the experience didn’t start out the way I had hoped, I really appreciate how Eric took ownership of the situation and made sure it was handled quickly and professionally. Things can go wrong, but how someone handles it afterward makes all the difference—and Eric absolutely made it right. Couldn’t recommend him enough!”

“I can't say enough good things about this place! I have taken my vehicles and trailer to them for years now. Just this past summer the metal mesh on my trailer ramp was becoming a hazard to walk on. They were able to weld it back up for me and add a support to the metal mesh. Earlier this year we got a hitch put on my wife's vehicle and we went with Chesterfield Trailer & Hitch, especially after checking with one other place that tried to gouge us with their estimate. If you own a trailer I would highly recommend them for any repair needs. They are very fair on their pricing and provide great service.”

Saw the great reviews for Alvis and liked that they were an independently owned family business in Chesterfield for decades. The quote process was honest and friendly. They walked me through the parts needed and scheduled me quickly. It took a few days longer than expected and the only slight knock I have is a little better communication for delays. Picked up the truck and it looked amazing! I was worried since it was brand new, but they took care of as it was their own and I couldn’t be more thankful. After getting in the accident & with the damages down basically the whole driver's side & then had to get the other person's insurance company to just give me what I needed to fix the damages after Smartfix gave me a reasonable estimate. I went back to them. I admit I was alittle hesitant & nervous about the whole thing & that it may not be fixed back to the way it was before the accident. They were nice, very knowledgeable, respectful & reassured me that everything would be just fine. They kept good communication with me the whole time about my car while they had it. Excellent customer service compared to "the other guys" who are closer to us 1) They updated us consistently us on the status of our car 2) Didn't "lose" our car when we dropped it off for servicing and arrived at the appointed time to pick it up 3) didn't present us with a $9100 bill with no warning - in fact their bill was a fifth of this (same issue - same repair) AND they kept us consistently updated and informed 4) repairs were done in a timely manner 5) complete customer courtesy, honesty and respect! “I can't speak for the service here at Hyman Bros Subaru. I see many yelpers are very displeased with the service. Sorry to see that... and will keep that in mind. That said, I can speak about the sales department... and that's where they get an impressive 4 stars on the yelp scale. I recently went in with my wife for a test drive. We were greeted upon our arrival in a courteous and attentive manner. We asked to test-drive a new vehicle and were set up within 5 minutes. We took a long-loop drive and learned about the vehicle along the way from our sales rep. After our questions were answered re: the new Subaru we test drove, we made an offer. The offer was accepted and we closed the transaction the very next day. Easy peazy. That's really how easy business can be done if it's done properly by professionals.We didn't have to spend any time in the waiting area, but it looks nice. Plenty of drinks available. I tried a cappuccino at one point. Nice touch.All the staff were friendly. We didn't detect any dodgy sales practices or obfuscation or any other shenanigans. We can't say the same for some Hyman Bros competitors (especially the terrible Moore Subaru of Richmond)... but hey, bad competitors just means Hyman Bros Subaru will get more business. Good for them.At some point, we'll likely need service. And if it proves to be as hassle-free, courteous, and professional as their sales department, then I'll update this to the elusive yet highly coveted 5-star yelp review.”

“Honestly I’ve been there twice in a week and had the best experience both times… got 4 new tires about a week ago had my appointment set at 2pm arrived at about 145pm and was done and out by 220pm… and all done for about 350 bucks…. Well exactly one week later aka last night and I hit a shit show of a Pot hole out in Powhatan and popped my driver side front tire… today 7am showed up no appointment and told the guys what happened and wanted to try to use my road hazard warranty, unfortunately i was told I would have had to wait for them to order a new tire of the same kind for my warranty to work and ride on my donut for a week which I just didn’t wanna risk cause I work 30 mins away and all highway so I decided to just buy a new one that was more expensive… and these wonderful people were able to get the warranty to work and knock off the price of the original tire so got a better replacement for about 40 bucks…. These guys help make a shitty situation and day a little better and less stressful so thank you for that!!”
