She delivered incredible customer service and walked me through all that they would do and even answered all of my "car questions" without even a hint of condescending tone - I know very little about cars, so I was so thankful to pick her brain and for her patience with me!

“Not going to tell you what to buy or what not to buy but I am ASE certified in Coolant and oil recycling. The "recycled" anti freeze here is filtered with an old sock in the bottom of a rusty steel drum. The only thing recycled about it is when you put it in your car. Chesterfield auto parts is a wonderful place to get parts. That's about it. Don't bother walking in there with a story either because they canned the only guy that actually enjoyed talking to the customers. A bad employee isn't always a corrupt employee. Sometimes just being a jerk is what makes you a bad apple. And Chesterfield auto parts has an orchard of them. They will have this review removed most likely. But in reality if you stop buying antifreeze that would cause major issues because they have enough problems allocating the antifreeze every year as it is. The stuff is great if you're trying to test a radiator though. The antifreeze has its purpose but IT IS NOT "recycled" as they claim it to be. I went to school for that stuff I would know. Also if you were looking to make a documentary on OSHA violation's this place is an absolute gold mine for ya. The pictures and videos I have alone are violation worthy. There is also an employee at the Southside location that speaks EXTREMELY POORLY of I would say about 95% of the clientele as soon as they leave the sales floor. Will even go back on camera and show multiple employees and proceed to slander the people they are doing business with. Yes, this a person of authority. Still. A wonderful place to purchase used auto parts. 10/10”

“Last Sunday ,after church,I was going to put my wipers up before the expected snow storm but one wiper came off in my hand. It was the one that I had noticed didn't seem to work as smoothly but since it was only a few months old ,I didn't worry. I couldn't clip it back on so I drove up to my O'Reillys where one if the nice young men put them on when I bought them. A really nice fellow couldn't get it on either and he immediately said he would put a new set on under warrenty. Such great customer service is rare these days. I posted it on my Next Door as of two days later,it's been viewed almost two thousand times!”

“Since February my driver side mirror was mostly obliterated from an ice trunk falling off of an oncoming car I’ve been rocking a mirror made of mostly duct tape.
I finally took the time to order a new mirror and brought it to Smart fix auto painting where I discovered that my vehicle actually had a really unique paint color.
They made multiple attempts to try and match the paint and the job took a lot longer than anticipated, but do some communication and research they were able to get an almost exact match on the mirror.
Not only were they able to get a great match but they were able to do two separate finishes just like the original mirror had.
I just finished installing it myself even though they offered to do so and it looks great!

Excellent customer service compared to "the other guys" who are closer to us 1) They updated us consistently us on the status of our car 2) Didn't "lose" our car when we dropped it off for servicing and arrived at the appointed time to pick it up 3) didn't present us with a $9100 bill with no warning - in fact their bill was a fifth of this (same issue - same repair) AND they kept us consistently updated and informed 4) repairs were done in a timely manner 5) complete customer courtesy, honesty and respect! We have purchased several cars here and will continue to be a Pearson family! Thank you so much!”

“I can't speak for the service here at Hyman Bros Subaru. I see many yelpers are very displeased with the service. Sorry to see that... and will keep that in mind. That said, I can speak about the sales department... and that's where they get an impressive 4 stars on the yelp scale. I recently went in with my wife for a test drive. We were greeted upon our arrival in a courteous and attentive manner. We asked to test-drive a new vehicle and were set up within 5 minutes. We took a long-loop drive and learned about the vehicle along the way from our sales rep. After our questions were answered re: the new Subaru we test drove, we made an offer. The offer was accepted and we closed the transaction the very next day. Easy peazy. That's really how easy business can be done if it's done properly by professionals.We didn't have to spend any time in the waiting area, but it looks nice. Plenty of drinks available. I tried a cappuccino at one point. Nice touch.All the staff were friendly. We didn't detect any dodgy sales practices or obfuscation or any other shenanigans. We can't say the same for some Hyman Bros competitors (especially the terrible Moore Subaru of Richmond)... but hey, bad competitors just means Hyman Bros Subaru will get more business. Good for them.At some point, we'll likely need service. And if it proves to be as hassle-free, courteous, and professional as their sales department, then I'll update this to the elusive yet highly coveted 5-star yelp review.”

“***ATTENTION for everyone needing their Hyundai Serviced at a Hyundai Dealership in the Richmond Area!!!**I had my vehicle towed here after having CMA Colonial Hyundai keep my vehicle for 8 MONTHS!!! multiple misdiagnosis and some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am not exaggerating...Service Team at Pearson was AMAZING!!!! Service Director Melisa made sure that she got on the phone with me with her top tech so they could get a full understanding of what had happened thus far and to provide feedback from what the previous dealership stated. Within 4 hours not only did they PROPERLY diagnose the issue...they were able to fix my car and let me know that everything that the previous dealership tried to say was the likely cause (Interior fuse Box, then ECU, then Shift assembly) was not the problem at ALL!!! They then let me know that a critter had gotten into the engine bay and chewed the wire of one the main harnesses that caused all of the issues. That phone call I mentioned previoualy happened around 9am....my car was ready for pick up by 3pm. I didn't even need a loaner and turns out this is a comprehensive claim under my auto policy as well. If service on my car requires the dealership, PEARSON IS THE ONLY DEALERSHIP I will take my vehicle to. 8 months of extreme frustration with Hyundai consumer affairs getting involved was resolved at Pearson in one day! Shout out to Jason, Crystal, Melissa and the best Hyundai tech (Dont know his name but he figured out my issue) in the region!!They may have a wait time to get to your vehicle and it is for good reason. Take your Hyundai to the right dealership the FIRST time and safe yourself time, energy and hassle knowing it will be fixed RIGHT the first time!Services: Electrical repair”

“I purchased my first Subaru with Oliver a couple of months ago and the experience was amazing! I was hesitant in buying a new car from previous bad experiences with salesmen being super pushy and inconsiderate but Oliver is was the opposite. He was there to answer any questions I had and was super friendly but not pushy at all and that made my experience amazing! I also had an unexpected event happen to my car and Laura with the service team ordered me a new glass window and had it fixed for me even with a holiday weekend in a jiffy.
