“Kevin is always so kind to me and my mother in law. We love shopping here for clothes for my daughters. We searched everywhere for Marie clothes from the Aristocats and today we found five different shirts. Shout out to Kevin for always being so kind and caring!”
“I always enjoy going to and saving money at Macy's! To name a few outstanding staff members,....Emya at the Mac counter, Kelsie in the jewelry dept, Paul can be found in various departments, Kathy in the home dept....they always provide excellent customer service. The only thing you need is a little patience due to staff shortage.”
“I recommend investing in business attire from Dillards. Although the Calvin Klein brand had minimal selections at the Newport News Patrick Henry Mall store, you can find other brands and great selections for women dressing for the winter.”

“This is by far one of the best T.J. Maxx I have visited. It was clean, had a fantastic selection and most importantly the staff was helpful and kind. If you get a chance I encourage you to visit this store. Its in a great shopping center with other stores and good restaurants, so you can make a day of it!”

“Shawn, I tried to call and speak to your manager, Ryan unfortunately he is not in today(7/6/25). I just wanted to personally acknowledge how you went above and beyond helping my husband to find my favorite energy drink. I hope someone from corporate reads this review and decides to give you a handsome bonus. My husband drove to two different Walmarts the first one no one came to help him after calling the front desk. I checked on the Walmart app and saw that there were Alani sherbet swirls available at this location as well. My husband went to aisle A4 and ran into Shawn and Shawn went above and beyond to find the endcap that had my favorite flavor of Alani’s in stock. When my husband found Shawn Was supposed to go home. Shawn was off the clock. He didn’t have to help us, but he did and I just wanted to thank him because he didn’t have . To help us, but he chose to. So thank you, Shawn And to Walmart, if you hired more people like Shawn, That show shows compassion your stores would run smoother.”

“Family Dollars is a 20 minute 30 minute walk and I am close to it and I love going in family Dollars and they get my money every month cuz I buy toilet paper with case of toilet paper and paper towels and cleaning supplies and personal items family Dollars get a top rating for me cuz I spend my check in there every month buying things for my house to keep my house clean and little knick knacks is where you want to go to that family Dollars”
“We went there for an online order to pick up. The girl who helped us was so sweet and friendly and fast. She was bringing things out in less than 3 minutes. She had no long wait for pickup. People drove in, she came out with a smile, then they left. Great customer service from her.”

“Every time I come to Walmart I seem to find everything I'm looking for and at least one or two things I wasn't. However, upon this recent experience of going to Walmart I encountered the utensils section in the home goods department which was a nightmare and not sorted there were brand new packs that hadn't even been taken out of the plastic that they were brought in to the store in and the sections were not sorted by their labels on the shelves it was all a nightmare and I had to end up getting the help of two other people just to find what I was looking for. All in all I will say this store has amazing customer service and they are very good at their job, that's why I give them 4 out of 5 stars and I really hope they continue to keep up the good work and improve.”
