“Organized chaos on it's best day. I believe this is a moderately sized location as 5Below's go. Lots of parking and very easy to get in and out of. Staff has mostly been helpful and friendly. These stores, in my experience, tend to be insanly busy around all of the major holidays. If that tends to be an issue Id suggest shopping online or ahead of time. I do not recommend online to store pick-up for this location. Store is very crowded almost every time we have visited wirh freight on pallets on the sales floor. Often in the middle of high traffic/major paths through the store. Selection is large but the high intrest items go very fast in this densely populated area. Like Dollar Tree and other extreme budget locations, this store is stocked with merchandise well over the $5 namesake so pay attention to what you (or your children) are throwing in the basket. Be prepared to also purchase bags to carry your things out. They are very cheap but not provided for free. The carts also do not leave the stores. All things considered this is a nice location.”
“I had a great experience shopping at Big Lots in Hampton! The store is clean, well-organized, and has such a wide variety of products at really good prices. From furniture and home décor to snacks and everyday essentials, they always have something new to check out. The staff here is friendly and helpful, making the shopping trip even better. I especially love how easy it is to find great deals without feeling overwhelmed. Definitely one of my favorite spots for both bargains and unique finds!”
“This rating is about manager, Brittany and how exceptional she is as a member of leadership at Dollar Tree. I happened to be in line as Brittany had an interaction with an unnecessarily disgruntle and belligerent customer. She tactfully and professionally handled that situation. When it was my turn at the register, she was so personably nice, patient and friendly.. Actually, she showed the same demeanor with every single customer that she interacted with. Demonstrating what an outstanding customer-centric shopping experience truly means. Kudos to Dollar Tree for having Brittany on the management team! Dealing with the public is difficult but she conquered that challenge and exceeded my expectations incredibly well. Thanks Brittany!!! You rock!! Deserve five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and a bonus ?!”

“This location is on the larger side for Dollar Tree and always has a great selection of items. It can be cluttered and messy, especially after a busy holiday, but the staff is always super friendly and helpful! Tthis lovation sits on the corner of a large and busy intersection, keep this in mind. Getting in and out from certain directions can be difficult depending on the time of day. This location opens earlier than others around it and closes later.”
“Stopped in for a birthday day gift and I was in awe! This is one of the cleanest (no the only one I’ve seen clean) stores I could walk the aisle with ease without truck carts on the floor. The shelves were full and front faced. I was in so much disbelief I walked down aisles that I didn’t need to just because I’ve NEVER seen a DG store this organized. I will travel the additional miles just to return to this location just because of the location. I was greeted (which makes you feel invited in) other stores I’ve visited they would just look at me! To whomever is the manager of this store GREAT JOB keep up the good work!!! I’m sure customers appreciate a clean organized environment. I personally THANK YOU ?”

I told him I really liked coming to this particular store. The employees are always helpful and are never rude. “What gives this store 4 stars? I was asked by an employee if I needed help. It was refreshing. The store is large, and has hundreds of items and you could probably find most anything you need. It was fairly clean, no lines, and just made me happy to know it's there, convenient and has employees who actually HELP customers. Thanks guys!!”
