“Truly Amazing place to purchase things I need. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I love shopping here cause the money goes to a great cause. This is wall and flooring I did with material I bought from there. Any time I have things to donate this is the place I call. Highly recommend checking them out, you’ll love shopping there:)”
“I have had the pleasure of being a volunteer and a recipient. What does need look like. Hardship has no face we never no what life has in store. I'm motivated by the owners generosity and genuine spirit to be a blessing to the Hampton Roads Community. Every 4th Sunday the food pantry is open for everyone in need. Not only do they provide good food and hygiene products. I'm grateful and impressed by the opportunities provided to the children and families to enjoy the annual bowling back to school giveaways and the various charity events. The village family is such an amazing non-profit organization. Thank you for all you do.”

“Love the place, thank you for your help with everything.. but trying to call was a nightmare. Didn't make no noise, the answer machine cut me off. You need a new phone system. The answer she went off with so much nonsense. I didn't need to know, I couldn't pay attention to what I did need to know. and I had to call 3 million times to actually hear what's being said because it does not repeat. It hangs up... please give direct answers to the questions we need. I'm in Norfolk. Why would I wanna know about Portsmouth?”
“The people there were extremely nice and made me feel comfortable. I did a walk in and I only had a small amount of time. But they had me in and out in under 40 minutes! The place was easy enough to find. I went in the front door and there was a sign on the wall that said they're in 201 so I went to the second floor and there they were.Free snacks and drinks and you get to save someone. I'd call that a good day!”
“I was a phase 3 patient during July 2024-November 2024 and I have to say it changed me and my family's life for the better, I had the most amazing staff and I loved them and every single day felt like a summer camp. Although a couple of the kids in my dorm (power) were chill, most would freak out daily and force us into the mpr (where we would evac to when a danger was present) but otherwise i loved it”
