“I wanted a phone I had brought to have the same phone as a phone I had drowned and the girls there helped me every way they could, but I couldn't remember my 8 digit pin. We finally decided to set up a different account and they helped me out with a pin I can never forget! They are wonderful! But they told me that their bosses got upset if anyone waited for their Lyft inside the store. Apparently, they think it looks suspicious for a 70 yr old lady to wait inside for her ride.”

“Just moved to the area and I have been going to this particular 7/11 for the past 2 weeks. Best customer service and cleanliness ive seen in a while. There was a manager (Travis) that was there cleaning the parking lot and organizing merchandise. I have never seen anyone in convenience stores go through items and make sure the dates are correct to be honest. And believe it or not, I have gotten some old stuff from other 7/11 properties. Great performance to all staff that has been there for the past couple weeks! Keep up the great work and positive attitude!”

“I have never felt like writing a review for a 7-11, but I have to say the employees here have always been awesome. Except the punk working there tonight. He should be fired. He is a horrible person, with a great big chip on his shoulder, and just plain sad. Other than that, five stars.”

Loaded up all the files from my old phone to new phone, suggested me a case, and installed my screen protector for me. The entire staff was helpful as well and really friendly as well.”

“I’ve been to many 7-11, and this is one of the rare times I can say the store was clean, well organized, and the cashiers were fast and friendly. I did not like the gambling machines in the building, but the store itself was the best 7-11 I’ve visited in a long time.”
“I went to this location after being cursed out at the Providence Road location. The service representatives at this location were extremely kind and thoughtful during the whole visit. I was able to complete my purchase an upgrade 2 iPhones and received 2 iPads through the promotions that they were running. I am extremely happy with the service that we received especially after the treatment that we received from previous location.”

But at 6pm at night you can't just cook up anything n the oven. And then u gonna get smart. So went to the 711 which I am welcomed. Complained about sunny tail. I am not the 2st nor the last to complain bout him. This store will not make any money”

“For some reason, I always associate 7 eleven with shady neighborhoods even though I know that's not true! Anyways, this particular one is actually located in the middle of residential Ghent! It'll probably be the safest one you go to... oops, there I go again. Want a brain freeze? This is the place to be! Slurpies all around. I think 7 eleven should just become a slurpee store. Now wouldn't that be fantastic? They have like 10 flavors at any one time!”
