“I had such a great experience at the Verizon store on Cedar Road! I went in to add an existing phone from a friend onto my plan as a fifth line, and I honestly expected to be there for at least an hour or two. Instead, I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Bayleigh was incredibly efficient and knowledgeable — she helped me unlock the phone, get it erased, and set everything up so quickly. On top of that, she took the time to clearly walk me through what it would cost to upgrade my other phones, which I really appreciated. I was so impressed with her customer service and how smoothly she handled everything. Highly recommend stopping in and asking for Bayleigh!”
“Great system. Owners are experienced in selection of compatible devices and they install it as well. The TV and the speakers are a great fit with the previous system which WSC installed. They service the equipment and are quick to answer questions and provide service when needed. Best video and audio company by far.”

“This a convenient location, especially when you need gas! I always use my rewards to save money on gas! The employees are usually friendly enough. They always have a good enough stock for the usual items wanted. The store is usually clean and the coffee area always has all creamers, sugars, syrups, etc stocked, which makes me happy.”

He read therugh my post it and when I couldn't speak and provided me with excellent understanding customer service. Totally recommend!!! “Great customer service. Mikayla was fantastic tonight helping me. I ordered a phone online and came to pick it up today. The system was having issues and wouldn't update the status. .It was saying the phone would be trasy foe pixkup today, but was not ready. I chose to come to the atore 30inutes before it closed in hipes of getting the phone.
I asked one service member for help and she said there was nothing she could do.....
As the store was about to close I asked for help from a different person. Mikayla looked at the situation and went out of her way to check the shelves and escalate to her support crew in store.
The phone was not available in the store, but this help from the staff made it possible for me to change the store pickup location to another store that actually has the phone.
Rather than me waiting, this was fantastic.

“Just went into this store to do an upgrade and add a new line. Cameron was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and polite! We were in and out in under 30 minutes with the upgrade and new line. He gave us the options and away we went!”

“I've been to this 7-11 many times and I've always found the staff to be friendly and helpful.It's interesting how they are so competitive with the Wawa across the street with gasoline prices. As one goes (up or down) the other is sure to follow. The ease is ingress and egress makes this store better for most people. You can turn right into it while the Wawa requires you to make a bunch of turns to enter the parking lot.”

But please keep the mens bathroom clean I'm tired of having to go into the womens bathroom because you guys can't keep the men's restroom clean.. “Edith was nice but very blunt basically telling me that if we didn't make our payment they would call and call the references and then come knock on our door to get payment. I found it to come off rude. Then I asked if I'd be able to pick up the system today and she said no we have to deliver it so that we know where you live. Again found that to be off putting.”
“We purchased online and picked it up in the store. We wish this location would either have more employees or offer curbside because there is always a wait to get your items. The employees are friendly and helpful, but there never seems to be enough of them, because we always have to go locate one if we need help.”

“My experience today was awesome thanks to Tabitha at guest services! She was running that thing like she owns the place. She was so kind and sweet to anybody that was passing by and the guest that she was helping. she was answering the phone, capturing order, pick ups doing returns and checking out all with Grace. She was so awesome. I stopped in my tracks, leaving the building realizing I didn’t see her name tag I wasn’t paying attention to it and I wish I had so I stopped one of the workers in the parking lot to ask. He ran inside to check For me. Sometimes I feel we’re so quick to leave reviews when something is inconvenient and maybe we can leave reviews when someone goes that extra mile”

“This is my "home" 7-11 and I love them! They're always greeting me when I first walk in (day or night). They always have someone replenishing the coffee in the morning. I never have to wait to be asked if I need something from behind the counter. They always have enough parking. The parking lot is aways clean. Their gas is lower than most.”
