“While visiting Norfolk, Virginia my aunt and I did what we do best. Partaking in some thrift and antique store shopping. During our visit we went to Mrs. Pinkadot Antiques and fell in love with this store at first sight. This store had so many unique items to choose from and the staff members were so friendly and inviting. On my next visit to Norfolk I will definitely be going back to Mrs. Pinkadot. Only this time I will come with a truck so I can purchase many, many more items.

“Customer service was fantastic! I came into the store looking for laminate flooring in a grey. Kevin was extremely helpful with the knowledge that he knew about the flooring. He was also super patient with me whenever I would ask him questions. I also noticed how friendly he was whenever other customers came into the store and was able to help them out while he was still helping me. I do highly recommend :D”

“This place should be on everyones trip list.Loved my impromptu stop here.Be warned this is NOT a QUICK stop ?An hour in this store and we (17yo Daughter) had only seen about a 1/4 of the place.So much to see and aww over.Fantastic prices and lots of hidden gemsI walked out a set of gorgeous soup bowls for only $5!!Daughter got herself some retro Tees, silk blouse and beautiful fur cuffs for a formal event.We will definitely be popping in again when we visit Norfolk!!”

“ROSS DRESS FOR LESS is my new favorite place to shop. It is amazing. I'm not a shopper for the most part, I actually strongly dislike shopping but then I walked in to ROSS that was over. This is my second day in a row and I want to go back tomorrow. I guessing, thanks to Ross, I'm a shopper now. They have everything from well priced, good looking clothes to paint supplies including canvass. They have pots and pans. Rugs, large and small. Baskets, organizing items, shoes and even things for your car. It's amazing. It's truely a one shop store. Well, they don't sell groceries but they do have great snacks. I am such a frugal shopper and limit myself from personal and household spending because times are tough. That being said I have to say, I let my hair down in this store. I got things I've wanted/needed for a long time but when I would see these things I would not purchase them because I felt like they were too expensive. I bought them now. At ROSS, because they were priced affordably. I love, love love this store and will be back. Above all, the staff, both days I was there, we're exceptional! Funny, working hard but always remembering to greet customers coming in the door. I was asked a few times if I needed help. I appreciate that the staff is stocking shelves, taking care of business, but also keeping an eye on you. And friendly, very kind and glad to have you.”

There is always something to catch your eye at Velvet Witch, and everything from the ivy creeping prettily on the storefront to the crystals twinkling in the sunny window invite you inside. There is something for every budget and many fun pop up events they host. All staff is knowledgeable and helpful with finding what you are looking for. I've never felt more at ease in any other shop and I truly value the existence of Velvet Witch.”
