When I walked in the salesman approached, answered my question about the two models.he didnt try ro upsell me and gave me plenty of time to lay on both models in different positions. “On a mission to furnish our home piece by piece with quality furniture, I found a lovely and substantial solid wood rack for my mudroom. It fits perfectly! I also found counter stools that I absolutely loved but needed 3 ( they only had 2 ) Some items are limited ( so snatch them up) but many others are not and you can order! Such a neat experience locally each month for the public to explore the magical warehouse. Thank you Sarah for such a lovely experience!”

“While visiting Norfolk, Virginia my aunt and I did what we do best. Partaking in some thrift and antique store shopping. During our visit we went to Mrs. Pinkadot Antiques and fell in love with this store at first sight. This store had so many unique items to choose from and the staff members were so friendly and inviting. On my next visit to Norfolk I will definitely be going back to Mrs. Pinkadot. Only this time I will come with a truck so I can purchase many, many more items.

“This place should be on everyones trip list.Loved my impromptu stop here.Be warned this is NOT a QUICK stop ?An hour in this store and we (17yo Daughter) had only seen about a 1/4 of the place.So much to see and aww over.Fantastic prices and lots of hidden gemsI walked out a set of gorgeous soup bowls for only $5!!Daughter got herself some retro Tees, silk blouse and beautiful fur cuffs for a formal event.We will definitely be popping in again when we visit Norfolk!!”
“Your staff are great - professional, fast, dependable, and always on time. One weekend they did the work of twenty with about seven people and five trucks. Between discarding some of our old furniture and file cabinets, to moving various items to our facilities in Portsmouth, Suffolk, and 19th Street, and delivering primary items to our new facilities, they did a great job (and a lot of this took place on a Saturday). They were always very careful when loading and unloading in our offices, there was no damage to walls or carpeting. Way to go!”

I walked up to customer service speaking with miscommunication with one customer service rep and another customer service rep by the name of Roma jumped in immediately and handle the situation. Her observance and willingness to assist is unmatched. Her beautiful personality and smile lit up my experience. Jama came in and said ma'am I was waiting on you when you pulled up but you never got out. That said enough to me that she was really ready to assist as well! She retrieved my order... she brought it out she said have a great day with a beautiful smile as well. Management if you are reading this please don't let this go without notice! Your crew is amazing! These ladies deserve to be recognized! They are not on the job just to be there and collect a check. They are there for the mission at hand and that is customer service!
