“The team from truck #1 was awesome! They delivered my reclining loveseat, assembled it where I wanted, checked to ensure all parts were working and then they were gone in a flash! LOL It took them about 10-15 minutes so they knew what they were doing. Professionals and very polite! Yes, their prices are a bit high, but you get what you pay for. The only thing I wish I could change would be their hours. “So much cool random stuff you never knew you needed for bargain prices. My wife and wanted and needed a cooking apron so my daughter and I went to pick one out for her. The staff very politely directed me to the aprons and my daughter picked out the one she thought was the prettiest. My wife loved the gift and my daughter loved picking it out. Beware, when you walk in you’re going to want to grab a bunch of home decor type items you don’t actually need ?”

“I've come to this location at various times during the day and this Ross is consistently clean and organized. Items are easy to find and they're well stocked with many items. I'm always finding a good deal here and leaving with more things than I came for. The customer service is also decent though I felt the last time I went the cashier was a little curt. Other than that I love this location and wish it was so much closer. It's 30 minutes from where I live but it's worth the drive as in my opinion this is the best Ross in VA Beach.”

“This is a great store. It was one of my favorite ones I visited in Virginia beach. Lovely decor and helpful staff member. There was only one person working when I was there. It was quiet at the time. She was very helpful but not intrusive. If I remember correctly there was a show somewhere and she said quite a bit of stock was missing. I wouldn't have known it though as there was lots of wonderful beads and findings to ogle. It was probably a good thing because it took me a while to peruse all the lovely merchandise. Some of it quite out of the ordinary. Some things were a bit pricey but not exorbitant for the quality. I'll definitely stop in again if I'm lucky enough to visit again”

“I walked by this shop with a sign posted sale 25%-50% off and decided to head on in. The first thing you notice is a wonderful scent throughout the shop. They sell diffusers and the scents to add. Then there is a display with state and collegiate hand towels. As you move through the shop there is a blend of home decor and mostly designer clothing. I found numerous pieces I liked but they were not in my size (xl). It's a cute little boutique store.”

The fabrics are organized by color which is helpful. There's a good amount of boxes and clutter that you may have to shop around so watch your step and don't bring children.”
