“Well to start off with, I've been with a numerous amount of phone companies in my time. I've been with Ntelos, StraightTalk, and T-Mobile. But I decided to wing in on a different approach to remain a user of the cell phone industry. I wanted a change. So my last company was with T-Mobile and I wanted a new phone, something better than the previous model I had already had, which was actually continuous on a 2 year payment plan. I also had not finished paying off the phone. But I was in a rush, I was almost done but was eager to expect something different. I called AT&T, because they were the current owner of my current job, Cricket Wireless. I called this location and immediately, the representative says I have something for. That quick effortless response was unbeatable. So I go into the store, and he already talked me into switching. Got me the best phone I ever had in my life, and did it all without an excessive down payment, he treated me as if AT&T was about to offer the world. Now, I can say I am honestly happy because of that very day and the associate from this store completely changed the contrivance unpredictably. This associate was the absolute meaning of highly regarded as I am completely gratified with my service. This very day changed my life and all it took was a step forward and I truly thank AT&T and what endeavors they had done for me. If they do much more for the community, I would not be surprised because they seem to only be of helpfully. I also enjoy working for their company Cricket Wireless, which I've been for a year now. Who also does much for the community. Go, AT&T!”

“I received excellent customer service from Lucky. She was great at multi tasking with me & one more customer. She is very knowledgeable with the phones offered & their features. I'm an android user. She also had a protective case & screen protector at this store for my new phone. She was able to answer all my questions with the purchase of my new phone. I had two other stores I could have gone to that were closer to my location but they don't always have the greatest customer service. After reading the reviews is how I ended up at Lucky's store & I am very pleased! I will continue to go out of my way to deal with this store.
