“I had a very difficult time unlocking my phone. I called and the automated system said to go online. I went online and tried to follow the prompts but there was an error. I went to the nearest AT&T location and was quickly greeted with a warm welcome! Rio introduced himself and made me feel so welcome. Even though he was helping other customers, he still took initiative to help guide me in the right direction - all at the same time making ALL of us feel important! He actually took a few moments of his time to REALLY listen to my situation and let me use the landline phone. He didn’t just dial the number and handed me the phone to hold, he went through the prompts to ensure I was connected to the right department, even informed me that it would be a wait, and that he would be here if I needed anything else. Eventually, everything worked out ?I was in a very situation and Rio helped turn it into a more positive experience! Thank you for having Rio on your team.”
