“Dry van driver. Had absolutely no issues with this place. Check in to loaded and gone in about an hour. Friendly and professional staff. Must be out of truck to get loaded but never seen the problem with that, personally, I would rather watch every load get loaded/unloaded that way you can spot damages”
“My U-Haul reservation was switched from one location to this location. This was my first experience at this location. Although the customer service rep was out one day I did leave messages and didn't get a return phone call because of that. However the next business day I did receive a return call verified the information for the different reservation place and explained why. I found this customer service rep to go above and beyond accommodating me she was very friendly very informative it was a quick process. I will say though that this particular U-Haul that I picked up was one of the dirtiest U-Hauls that I had used. But with that being said I returned the U-Haul cleaner than what I received it. One thing that I noticed with all U-Haul rentals the company forgets to clean the inside of the windshield they're always dirty and hard to see out of. With that being said I would still rent from this particular location again.”
