“I woke up to a flat tire this morning and NTB fit us in super quick to take a look. I thought I was going to end up needing a new tire but when they took a look they were super honest and found a small nail that was able to be fixed with just a patch. The customer service was great and everyone we interacted with was very friendly and thorough! We will definitely be back for our future car maintenance needs.”

“What a great experience at this location! I scheduled an appointment online to get one of my tires repaired. There was a bit of a line but once I was ready to be assisted a gentleman assisted me (I failed to get his name, but a short, black gentleman with a beard) and was super professional and polite. From the time I checked in up to the time my tire was repaired was about an hour, but I understand that they are an excellent business and with an excellent business, you have tons of customers, so no biggie! No charge for the repair and I was good to go!

“It was that time of year again for car safety inspection and after having made several calls around town to get my car inspected, University was the first place that allowed me to set a time/date to bring my car in. I found Josh to be warm and friendly upon my arrival, he answered all my questions, allowed me to add an oil change/tire rotation to my original request of an inspection. Upon picking my car up, the warm, friendly greeting met me again. Josh explained the services performed on my car, again answering any questions I had. I found the cost very reasonable, in fact, once home and comparing the cost to all my many years of service done at a local dealership, University was a bit lower, always a plus but I left feeling more confident in the services done on my vehicle. I highly recommend this business, it is now my "go to" place for any of my vehicle needs. Thanks Josh!”

“first i went to the tire city right next door, had 2 tires back to back not holding air so i felt i couldn’t trust them anymore. hence why i came here instead. one man show on a saturday, and what i heard he is the owner of the place as well. he took the tire off to find that the tire city didn’t clean any of the rim up, all he did was take a wire brush and compressed air to it real quick, same tire back on, and lo and behold, it held air. knowledgeable guy who won’t try and price gouge you.”
“I came to here after getting turned away at another shop, Jim squeezed me in to get my tires in. Jim was so polite and very welcoming. My friend and I were in the waiting area for about three hours since we didn’t have a ride. We chit chatted and it had the time go super fast. Since I was there for a while I noticed how welcoming and up beat he was to ever since customer that walked in. Highly recommend!”

“Glad I was introduced to Hi-Dust, luckily I ran into a guy in the Costco parking lot who had lights installed on his Jeep and I had to ask where he was able to get the work done. He recommended Hi-Dust which paid off for me. I had a 40’ Rigid brand light bar that I wanted installed on my roof rack and when I called the shop they suggest I talk to Kevin the electrician.
He was helpful, made time in his schedule for me to stop by within the first couple of days after we spoke. He took his time installing my lights and it came out to my satisfaction. He took the time to show me how things were put together and where the cords were leading to in any case I had any issues I knew where to look. The price was perfect for my budget and the work was done very well. Thank you Kevin!”

“I dropped my truck off for state inspection and had a trailer attached. I disconnected the trailer so it was easier for them to do the state inspection after the inspection was completed I went to hook up my trailer. The technician had already hooked my trailer up.

“I just left. I got four tires, tire alignment, and fuel induction done. First, the fuel induction cost less than the other two places that quoted me. Second, Allen (the gentleman at the counter) was a delight. He was funny and a pleasure to talk to. I came in with the intention of buying tires online and having pep boys install. He found a similar product in his system (same specs, etc) and it cost less! He was able to take care of me same day. The process was seamless. I know honesty should be the standard but that isn’t always the case. My wheel was bent up and he isn’t funny because he gave me that look like “girl what did you hit “ lol. I appreciate it.”

“Jeff is the best! I had went to a different firestone location where they quoted me $800+ to fix my shaky steering wheel when I hit 60mph & up (they told me my rotors are warped and they'd need to be replaced but I knew that wasn’t true because my car had ZERO indicators of warped rotors, I thought that was funny thats the best they could come up with!). I left that place asap and came to this one where Jeff took care of me and explained I only needed a balance & rotation ( which is exactly what I thought I needed) he quoted me $200( I also got an alignment because its been a while sense I last had one). Took my car in and got it back less than 3 hours later and she was perfect, back to driving beautifully! THANK YOU JEFF!!”

I had said I would have to wait at the Service Center. They told me the wait would probably be around 2 hours. They took my car in right away and returned it in only 1 hour. Great customer service. “This is a brief review because I am a frequent visitor because this location and the people who work here are so amazing that my purchases alone support the cause - smiling!The customer service is great. The store is also clean, well-stocked, and well-lighted, so you can see everywhere without reading glasses.The employees walk the aisles and offer help if you need it. If you don't, they keep restocking or cleaning, and they are friendly.The savings on gas prices are enough to get back our money we pay annually. The people who come here to get gas are so darn courteous even during the gas shortages.One time, a gentleman saved me after wasps flew out of my gas cap area and stung me when I opened it to pump gas.Anyway, great store, great gas prices, wonderful neighbors. Come out and see their smiles and catch a sale on brand-name shoes and clothes.”
