This store has vastly improved since my poor experiences several years ago. I have had kind and prompt customer service each time since giving this location another chance several months ago. Thank you.

Never been to another UPS store but I wouldn't want to. The employee was so nice and helped me through my Amazon returns. It took 5 minutes. She was great and so helpful.
