“UPDATE : i actually got a call from the owner (im guessing lol) and they apologized for what happened plus so much more. That’s important, and it’s so appreciated. I used to love this store, even though the employees weren’t the nicest. But i brought in some clothes & toys to sell. I’m guessing they took the batteries out of the toys and put them back into the box of clothes they didn’t buy. I kept finding little watch batteries all over my car. Finally i took that box out and emptied and there they were, in the bottom of the box. That would have been lovely if my kid had gotten a hold of them while i was driving up the road. Be more thoughtful.”

“Mechanicsville store is my favorite old navy. Customer service is great! I love when going to cashier to make purchases they let me know my points and how I can utilize them. Have never had any associate not do this which looks great upon management. Also always neat and orderly. The other stores look like a rummage sale. Thank you Mechanicsville keep up the great work!”
“I found some cute July 4th outfits and swimsuits for my nieces and nephews here on July 3rd. Decent prices for most things though some items I found were overpriced.
Customer service was friendly and I did not have to wait long in line. They seemed to have plenty of help. This is the first time I've been in the new location. It's laid out very nicely, brightly lit and clean.”
“I hardly shop at Old Navy and came to pick up a clothing order for my lady. I did get a chance to walk the sales floor and it appeared more like an off-the-rack store and less like a clothing depot, referring to some visits in the past. I encountered the staff members who were all very polite and helpful.”

Making accommodations as best he could to make my brother happy, and prepared for our Aunt’s celebration of life the next day. They even shipped his second suit home for him and got us a traveling bag for him to go home after this weekend.”

“I haven't been to a JCPenneys in years. I was at Chesterfield town center and had a lot of time to kill and a few dollars to spend; so I decided to see what Penney's had to offer me. I was so glad I stopped in, they carry forever 21 clothes and a lot were on sale for almost 90% off. I was able to stock up for summer and even get some fall items for dirt cheap. Adrienne the sales associate that works downstairs was amazing and so friendly. That woman is truly a treasure.”
