“Great little bookstore just off a busy road.Wonderful selection of books - and their website can inform in advance if what you are looking for is in stock or needs to be ordered.The young man who helped me out was extremely courteous and offered to wrap one of the books (at no cost) when I mentioned it was a gift.They also sell a few wines at decent prices.”

“The ladies in the store were so pleasant and helpful when I took my daughter to find a First Communion dress, veil, etc. They took her measurements to make sure the dress fit properly and even allowed her to go into the back area so she could see what the dress looked like on her.We live in Columbia, MD, but it was absolutely worth the drive to Fairfax. I plan on making return trips in the future. Truly a hidden gem! Cannot say enough good things about our experience there.”

“A shoutout for the curbside service. We were going to a birthday party, but my kid fell asleep in the car. I called the store. They helped pick the toy, gift wrapped it, and brought it to my car. All done within 10 minutes.We also visit frequently when my kid is awake to pick up birthday presents. The store has great toy selections covering a wide age range.”

“This store is well stocked, organized and very clean. Anything you need for Scouting BSA can be found here. They do onsite patch sewing and hemming on pants. Their Facebook page advertises while you shop, but my experience is if you have more than a few patches, you will need to drop off and return. The adult manager is 5/5. He is bilingual and customer service focused. He is exceptional at resolving issues and making them right. I am rating a 4/5 because when working with teens, you need to make sure to communicate and quality control and while lovely young people and very responsible and respectful, sometimes human errors are made. I am not dinging them for being human, but it was almost comical how many times I had to go to the shop in last few weeks. Like I said, the manager rectified everything and the young people working there are gaining valuable real world skills while providing strong customer service. Be sure to check your order and what you take home and leave and I would also take photos to confirm.”
